Amazing food and amazing service. I definitely recommend this place. It’s an absolute 10 out of 10. The chicken is absolutely great. I love the sauce that I got with it and also the fries definitely were cooked correctly, which is hard to find nowadays they were fresh and hot. If you’re looking for some good eats, I definitely recommend coming here.

This location does not advertise the correct hours. There have been multiple nights that my associates and I have walked in just to be told they are closed. Even though the posted time is 12 am. We literally walked in at 11 30 and was told I am not dropping anything else because the fryers are off. Simple fix stop the false advertising, change the times ,and lock the doors. You usually don’t cut fryers until ten minutes before closing so why are you cutting them with thirty minutes to an hour left. That being said I enjoyed going there until I saw that this is clearly a repetitive thing. What happened to customer service. Hopefully this can be address properly.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but people deserve to know about my experience at Big Sharks. The restaurant has serious cleanliness issues — I personally saw roaches and what appeared to be rats, which made the environment feel extremely unsanitary.
When orders are messed up, customers are not offered refunds or proper resolutions, which is very frustrating. From what I witnessed, employees also seem to be treated poorly. Tips — both cash and credit — did not appear to go to workers as expected, and staff were fired without clear reasons or communication.
Management is frequently late, and the overall organization feels unprofessional. I would not recommend eating here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and how employees are treated.
