Haven’t really started eating yet, BUT I ordered & paid extra for avocado -which was NOT included. The way the food pickup is the food is stapled in a bag, so I just checked to see if what was ordered was there -NOT THINKING I needed to actually open the food container to see if what I paid for was there. Being this is my 1st time, this is NOT leaving a great 1st impression.
UPDATE: The food quality was good, but not impressed with the Customer Service response from the owner. So their acknowledgment came off to me feeling like “Yeah too bad you paid extra for something we didn’t provide I can imagine that was not a pleasant experience for you, better luck next time.” So NO REGARD for me being a 1st time customer & making ANY attempt to make it right to hopefully have repeat business from me. Instead crickets …which will be what my return business sounds like moving forward.
SO ..provided you don’t order anything extra all may be well, BUT if you happen to order any extra add ons & don’t get it ..TOUGH LUCK & I guess they just get an extra paid bonus at your expense.

I travel a great deal for work, eating healthy isn’t the easiest when you’re on the road. I door dashed Palmita’s tonight and could not be happier! The carnitas bowl abounded with flavors and texture you don’t often get in a melange of ingredients. Crispy tomatillos, pebbly sweet grains, tingly spiced corn and beans, topped with tender braised carnitas, all rounded out with an amazing molè sauce. I wish I would be in town another day longer!
The green smoothie brought everything home- sweet, velvety, and tasty.

Wow that was the best beef salad ive ever had. Initially skeptical cause there were so many ingredients but i ate every bit of it! It was the wagyu beef barbacoa salad…the meat was divine, the salad was all colours from yellow, green, purple, pink, orange and was absolutely juicy and delicious, and the sauce?? Like nothing ive ever tasted, so so delicious!

The food is fine for the price. Service is terrible. They messed up my order and made me wait 20+ minutes beyond when they said it was ready for me to pick it up. Customer service is intentionally hard to reach, and unhelpful when (and if) you succeed.

We got Palmita delivered and wow it was so delicious and fresh! The green smoothie was fire and the bowls packed a serious punch for the price (leftovers for daysss). We will be ordering again soon!
