Terrible service. I have been ordering catering from here from years. First time I order in person i saw them cook my portion with another person’s order and split it in half. As the second person whose bowl was filled from the pan, I visibly saw myself get a smaller portion. I know this because I was sitting in front of the counter and literally saw the other person walk away with their order and how much was in their bowl compared to mine.
Additionally, although both paneers were ready at the same time sitting at the pass/window mine was sitting there getting cold as there naan’s were prepared but mine weren’t. My paneer sat at the pass for 5+ minutes getting cold.
Once I finally got the food parts of my naan were burnt and my paneer was lukewarm. When I questioned the man at the counter he waved me off. He could have resolved it by atleast offering to reheat the paneer.
After my experience although I love and thoroughly enjoyed the food I will never be ordering from here again. Sher-e-punjab offers similarly good food for catering and dine-in and much better service

Delivery Order – Ordered a Goat Thali, and I was very much impressed with the packaging, portion size, and taste. Goat was cooked to perfection, and masala was not overpowering. Naan that came with the Thali was good as well. Will definitely try other items in future.

Food will be really good at this location but at Chandni chowk I ordered palak panner in which paneer is good but palak seems raw and bitter. As if raw leaves are blended and added to panner.
When asked the middle aged lady at counter she replied rudely that ‘whatever became less she will cook it and give it back again’
We are not expecting proper palak panner but proper answer would have satisfied us.

The food is the best and the most authentic, they serve generous portions. Love their Punjabi food, my family loves chole bhature.
