I walked in there, the guy said he was going to take my order right away when he didn’t, I was the only person in there the whole time. Instead he was wrapping up a sandwich for someone who wasn’t even there so he ignored me for at least 15 minutes. And so 15 minutes later is when he finally took my order. Very poor service, they need better.

We’ve been here many times, and have seen a lot of familiar faces. Tonight was met with a clearly open restaurant during posted open hours, and a locked door and no employee in the lobby. After the employee reappeared 10 minutes later I dragged my toddler out of the car for a second time. Knocked on the door, child in hand, multiple times before the employee shook head and signaled that things were closed, despite any other signage or indication. I love supporting local, this was a poor experience.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I walked in and the employee immediately informed me “we’re out of about everything due to Halloween.” I asked if they had the ingredients to make an Italian BMT… he says no were out of ham. I asked him what he would substitute of equal value. He said he couldn’t do that. So I asked do I get a discount on my sandwich if you aren’t willing to add a different meat in it’s place? He said I can’t do that either. I responded so I’m supposed to pay full price and recieve a partial item? He goes I can add another meat for an upcharge! I said do you have a manager on staff, no. I said you tell the owner he will get NO SALE INSTEAD! Now I’m at Falsettas enjoying pasta. Unless this owner personally responds I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME HERE AGAIN..

Update* So I took the time to read other reviews and SEE A TREND! I will be calling corporate to report this mismanaged facility. I can’t believe how many 1 star reviews there are!!!

Wasn’t greeted walking in with 2 workers behind the counter doing prep, the girl was more concerned with talking to her boyfriend sitting in the lobby to acknowledge I was there or even tell me it would be a minute before they could help me. I would have been fine waiting if they had acknowledged that I was there and waiting instead of ignoring me, that’s just not good customer service

Incompetent idiots work here literally. Ordered a BLT on door dash and they only put bacon and cheese on it when CLEARLY on the receipt had veggies to be added.

update… new owners took away the discount for ymca employees!!! won’t get my business again

For the second time, an employee harassed me about where I parked and this time, went so far as to refuse me service. He said he wouldn’t take my order until I moved my vehicle because it might be hit by the Domino’s driver. I told him not to concern himself with my vehicle but he continued to refuse service. I asked for the manager and he informed me she was his mother.

The woman claiming to be manager refused me service as well and refused to give me any contact information to share my experience, saying the only person above her was the store owner and she took all the messages for him anyway. This is incredibly inappropriate and not the way business should be conducted.

I work at a very large warehouse complex nearby and have frequented this location with coworkers but will not be back if this is the type of service I can expect.

I ordered a platter and was told I had to prepay because they’ve had trouble with “honest” people. I did, which was fine, three hours before I was due to pick it up. When I called to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready because they had been very busy and ran out of bread. When I got there they had the door locked and wouldn’t let us in while preparing. NEVER prepay especially when they can’t deliver on their promises. I’m still here waiting outside my car not even sure if it will be completed.

Good Game
9 out of 10 visits to this location is a disappointment. The people are great but it’s always something out of stock at lunch time. No pickles no flatbread no sub crunch or one employee working during the lunch time.

The food I got was decent but I got extremely terrible service. When I got my food I tried to add a cookie to my order and they guy told me to take my sub and get out of his store. He wasn’t even a shift leader let alone store owner. Worker was a 5’10 African American male with dreadlocks on the heavier side.
