Hands down the WORST location I’ve ever been to. Food is always hard, stale, messed up, or missing; they NEVER forget the lettuce though. Half a head of lettuce on ONE chalupa is actually insane. Employees are lazy, rude, can’t be bothered. This location is relatively new, and known to locals to be horrendous already. Shut it down.

Absolutely irritated with Taco Bell. Ordered 2 $5 luxe boxes( substitute a soft taco and chips with nacho sauce for one of the boxes), 2 soft tacos, and 2 starrys with NO ice. We paid fifteen dollars to have to ask for our drinks to be redone after they had ice in them, they didn’t give us our two soft tacos so we had to ask for those and they ended up giving us one anyway, and no cheese with the one luxe box. Service was rushed and food was literally mushed into a box that looked like it had been punted by a football kicker. The whole shift needs retraining on time management and food quality. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! If I could give ZERO STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!

They literally threw/smashed my tacos into the bag, they were broken and fell apart when picked up. They also didn’t add enough cheese to the shell, idk what’s going on with them but something was off. I heard this place just opened not too long ago, but I definitely won’t be going back. I’ll stick to the one in St. Clair

Food and service were both mid at best, even for Taco Bell. Felt rushed when deciding what to order. Seemed like the person taking our order was mildly irritated with my mother’s questions. What they didn’t know is my mother has a medical condition and can’t eat certain foods. Overall not a good experience. The one in Hazleton is worse though. At least our food wasn’t cold. Won’t be back though.

I don’t review a lot of places, but I’m writing one for this place because I’ve been here dozens of times and feel it doesn’t deserve its low rating.
I’ve come here 2-3 times a month over the year and a half since it has opened. I always order in the app because it’s cheaper (online exclusive $6.49 combo boxes for the win), always use the drive-thru, and I always make multiple customizations (most often subtracting lettuce).
I have only gotten lettuce in my food once. I have only been missing an item twice, both times a cup of spicy ranch. And there has only ever been one rude employee, who I saw once during their opening weeks and never again. Again, this is after 30-40+ visits to this specific location, which is crazy to me. I have *never* had so few negative experiences at any other fast food restaurant location. Unlike many other places, the food here is consistently hot, fresh, and assembled with care.
I feel lucky to live so close, because the Hazleton, Saint Clair, and Lehighton locations had often screwed up my food before I started coming only to this one. To whoever is responsible for this — management and/or regular employees — I appreciate you!

For some reason this taco bell has the best tasting taco bell food I’ve ever had. I travel past this taco bell every other week and now it is my planned stop to eat and use the bathroom because it is so delicious and the staff is incredibly polite and it’s always clean. This is like the floor model taco bell!

The food and atmosphere are always mediocre at best, but the service is usually good. It’s a new store. Working out the kinks? Maybe there was a good reason, but they kept forgetting to make our order (for 2 people). Other people came and went, but we were told twice that our simple order was being made — and we were cutting them slack, not rushing. I hope they get things under control. It reminded me that I should have just gone home and made us something to eat instead of going to a fast food joint in the first place.

They’ve messed up my order plenty of times, but this time was the worst. They did not give us 2 large items in our order, and put beans on a burrito that was asked to have no beans. They just continuously mess up over and over again and I’m about ready to just drive 30 minutes away just to be able to get my order right. Terrible staff, do better.
