Service of the MANAGER is atrocious. I spilled a smoothie and have photographic proof and was not offered a replacement because they didn’t see it happen. I’m sorry you weren’t personally in my home to see it happen? It went all over my keyboard and carpet. Why would I ruin my $100 keyboard for a $10 smoothie. I get that they’re not obligated to give me a replacement but it’s just bad service on top of an already bad day.

The manager at the Indian Trail, NC location does not seem to be concerned with customer experience at all. The employees do a better job with customer experience than the middle aged male manager.
I had a problem with one of my orders and I called national smoothie King which forwarded my information to the store owner multiple times and I never heard back from the store owner so corporate then put something on my account to make up for it. I had had a smoothie that was not blended well and was chunky when it shouldn’t have been chunky.
Also whenever my poodle gets his monthly grooming, I used to go through the drive thru and get him a pup cup and get myself a smoothie however occasionally I would get him a pup cup without buying a smoothie but I would always put money in the tip jar however I went through there one time when the manager was there and he would not allow me to get a pup cup for free without an add purchase. Didn’t care that I had normally been able to get one without any purchase and was a regular customer and didn’t care to make me happy that day. The guy is not happy and does not seem to care about customers.

It was quiet atmosphere. The customer service was good but it wasn’t happy smiling interacting. As you can see it was very clean and neat organized. They even had vegan choices. The be berry sting was delicious! The food is good so I would go back hopefully next time they be a bit more uplifting in there but overall I would go back

This place is great! My drink is always the same -strawberry kiwi breeze and its amazing each time! A+ overall. My only complaint is the entrance to the parking lot, its super steep and you have to go hella slow over it or else it could damage your vehicle especially if your vehicle sits low. Otherwise, aways have a friendly quick experience here!

I would like to recognize Jase and Arianna for their outstanding and amazing service. Every time I come here to this Smoothie King I am greeted with a smile. Both are very welcoming and always provide outstanding service. Not only do they take care of me but they also offers my dog a pup cup! Which I’m very thankful for being inclusive for our fur baby. Wonderful stuff pleasant time every time we come here. Make sure to visit Jase & Arianna! If only we can clone more people like Jase and Arianna and make more team members like them.Keep up the great work thank you so much for all that you do!!!

I recently stopped by this Smoothie King location and had a pretty decent experience overall. I gave 4 stars for the smoothies themselves—they were delicious, well blended, and tasted fresh. The atmosphere was just okay. The space looked clean overall, but it didn’t feel super inviting. The seating was limited, and the lighting made the space feel a little dull. It’s fine if you’re just grabbing a smoothie and going, but if you’re thinking of sitting down and enjoying it there, it’s not the coziest vibe.
All in all, the product is what keeps this location afloat. If the service and atmosphere improved just a bit, this could easily be a 5-star location. I’d still come back for the smoothies alone, but I’d love to see a bit more warmth and energy from the staff to match the quality of what they’re serving.

Sitting in the drive-through at 4:39 PM today for five minutes while he takes three other peoples orders, what’s the point of drive-through if you can’t make the order and take orders at once there’s nothing fast about a drive drive-through if that’s not the case

Love love love this place. The fact that there’s a drive-thru is AH-MAZING. I come here at least once a week for their PB Swizzle (acai bowl with peanut butter on top) and a pup cup for my dog. If my son is out of school at the time, I opt to get him a kids smoothie.
They’re always fast, efficient and professional.

I’m a loyal (almost every day) customer here and I just had an experience that will KEEP me as a loyal customer. I order a drink that I ended up not liking. I thought it was basically the same thing I always order but I hated it. So I go inside and ask if they will throw it away and tell them I need to order a new one, the regular way I normally get it. They not only took the time to figure out what the difference was (it was the unsweetened strawberries when I normally have the sweetened) they also gave me my replacement smoothie for free! Which they did NOT have to do because it was MY mistake not theirs! Everyone was so kind and I just wanted to leave this review in hopes more people will give them a visit! My favorite smoothie is the Angel Food Smoothie sub Oatmilk and add Fiber and Pure Recharge! It’s so good! Go give them a try! You will not be disappointed!
