wow! dare i say this location is better than the hixson one?! whoever is in charge of fries needs a raise- they were steaming hot & perfectly salty. of course everything else was amazing too, per usual. so excited to have a second canes in chatt!

Everything was good until my son was spitting out a piece of plastic that was in their slaw. Emailed them and all they did was send us a gift card for 1 combo meal. Will not be going back.

Not bad, first time there. It is like the Kmart version of zaxbys. Don’t get me wrong I loved me some Kmart. I really liked the breading, but I found a few pieces of the chicken had that “gristley” parts. The fries are just like the zaxbys fries, just skinner (I liked that) and the canes sauce is really really similar to the zaxbys sauce. I am not sure who came first the chicken or the egg, I mean Zaxbys or Canes but one of them left whichever and started the other. I would go back if there was one closer.

IF you like chicken, or know someone who does….you get chicken fingers here. Nice meaty boneless pieces of chicken with crinkle fries and soda (if you get the meal). Three puece was plenty to eat. Very tasty. Comes with a “special sauce” – also tasty. I paid in xadh and received my order before I got my change!

Way better options than this sorry raising Cane’s but you don’t belong here there’s much better fried chicken in chat and way better in the rest of the South they may be satisfied with you over in California but here you’re basically disgusting The chicken while having an awesome crust very flaky it tasted like burnt oil no seasoning whatsoever it just tasted like gross burnt peanut oil I don’t even know if it is peanut oil but that’s what it tasted like The fries were all right once again absolutely no seasonings just salt but I liked how they were skinny crinkle cuts The sauce was good but isn’t that the only reason most people like you and the price was freaking ridiculous $20 for a six-piece chicken plate with an extra sauce absolutely absurd I like the toast and because of the toast and the sauce you get two stars if it wasn’t for those things you would get none

The staff here is so friendly. The wait is a little long but it is worth it. The staff always have smiles and they work hard to make sure you are satisfied. They do have some things to improve but I am goin back to see them improve. The kitchen staff does a good job at making sure the food is delicious

Ordered two Caniac Combos and a three-piece combo. Got the food pretty quick but then sat in the drive-through for six or seven minutes while they fumbled to get three sweet teas to us being asked multiple times what my name was and what my order was and I’m like three sweet teas over and over and over. Then when they finally managed to get us the three sweet teas, we pulled over to check our food and one caniac meal was two pieces of chicken short and we noticed that our teas were regular not large after getting charged. I realize they’re busy in there, but the one in Hixon is twice as busy and they never mess our order up
