Great place to hear a band outside. Great fun crowd. Waitresses behind the bar were fun and provided excellent customer service. The bar doesn’t serve food, and the food truck that was scheduled for the event canceled. The only downside is “cash only,” which I didn’t know till I arrived. I understand about not accepting credit cards. However, I would have spent more than the $15 cash.

Fun and unique biker bar! I would definitely alley go back and highly recommend it to others. It’s a bit of a ride to get there if you’re not from the area, so plan accordingly. But great place and area to visit.

Wow, where do I even start. Last night, after one of the most amazing weddings I have ever attended, a group of us came on the shuttle to crazy train for what we thought would be a great end cap to a wonderful evening. The experience could not have been more opposite. I have never been treated so terribly in my life, and I’m from Wisconsin. My friends from out of state were treated like garbage, and my friends of color were treated even worse. The staff were contentious and hostile. If you didn’t want to serve people from out of town why did you agree to host a wedding after party? The bartender acted like we were insane to even show up in the first place? We literally took a shuttle with the bars name on it, how could our arrival be such a surprise? I am proud to be from Wisconsin, and I couldn’t have been more embarrassed. Our state prides itself on the warmth of its residents and the generous and kind hospitality offered at our local bars. Every step of the way I felt as if the bartenders were purposely trying to make our night as horrible as they could. My amazing friend Olivia left crying in her wedding dress because of the deplorable comments from the bartender. I don’t care how much you hate people that don’t look like you, if you are in hospitality the last thing you do is personally attack a guest on her wedding night. To comment on their personal sex life? To say you hope their marriage ends soon and that they are miserable the rest of their lives? How incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you hate people that much you are in the wrong industry. I’m still so shocked at the behavior. Truly, avoid this bar at all costs unless you actually enjoy being assaulted and treated like less than dirt. Shame on you. Also, I highly suggest the bartenders take a class on correctly IDing guests, seeing as how they couldn’t comprehend a license from any other state, nor did they understand what a passport is. A Canadian passport isn’t a valid ID? What!?

Visited this establishment with friends from out of state and country, and it was one of the most uncomfortable bar experiences I have ever had. The baseball-cap-wearing bartender flat out refused to serve adults with valid, legal federal IDs with no explanation given. Instead, she spoke with an attitude that reeked of racism and xenophobia. If you are not white or from around here, do not bother coming.
To make matters worse, on a bride’s wedding night, this bartender not only denied her drinks but went out of her way to insult her. Absolutely disgusting behavior. After we left, we sat across the parking lot waiting for our ride, only to watch the bartender step outside to smoke, glare, and sneer at us like we were not even welcome in the same town.
We came with good intentions and had a preplanned celebration, but the staff ruined the night with their hostility and unprofessionalism. Bars are supposed to be places of hospitality and community, and this one is the exact opposite. Save yourself the disappointment and find literally any other place in Wisconsin to spend your time and money.

I was a guest at my friend’s wedding after-party at this venue, and I was shocked at how poorly the staff treated the bride and groom on what should have been the happiest night of their lives.
The bartender brought the bride to tears by making an offensive comment about their sex life. Several guests — including the best man, a groomsman, and even the bride herself — were denied drinks over confusion about their out-of-state IDs, even though one of the addresses provided was correct. At one point, a bartender actually served a drink, then walked over, ripped it out of a guest’s hand, and refused to issue a refund.
What upset me the most was when the bartender told the newlyweds that they would have “the worst lovemaking” on their wedding night. It was completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and incredibly hurtful.
Friends and family had flown in from out of state to celebrate this special occasion, only to have the night overshadowed by the staff’s behavior. The bride and groom deserved joy and kindness — not hostility and insults.
Crazy Train? More like crazy to ever think about going there again.

We went to Crazy Train as the spot for my friend’s wedding after-party, expecting a celebratory and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The staff was unexpectedly rude to multiple guests, including the bride herself, which was especially disappointing on such an important night.
Several people were denied drinks without any clear explanation, and interactions over IDs were handled with unnecessary attitude and sarcasm. Instead of creating a friendly atmosphere, the staff made the group feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
A wedding after-party should be a time of joy and hospitality, but Crazy Train fell far short of even basic expectations. I would not recommend this venue for groups or special occasions.

I am a disabled combat veteran who has traveled extensively across this country and the world, and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at an establishment.
I attended this venue as a guest for a friend’s wedding. Our night had been absolutely wonderful until we arrived here with a party of about 50 people. Several guests were denied entry because they had out-of-state IDs — despite the fact that these were real, valid IDs that had gotten them through TSA without issue.
After what seemed like a resolution, staff members then went so far as to take drinks back from guests who were clearly over 21 and had already been served. Things only escalated when one employee berated the bride with an appallingly vulgar comment, wishing her a terrible wedding night in explicit sexual terms.
To make matters worse, after the wedding party left, this same staff member followed us outside, glaring at the group and creating an intimidating, uncomfortable atmosphere.
This behavior was not only unprofessional, but deeply disrespectful and entirely unacceptable — especially on what should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime occasion. I would strongly caution others before considering this establishment.

Bartender on Saturday the 23rd of August was not good. I got to the bar with a wedding party after the ceremony where the couple cleared with the bar prior about having an after-party celebration at the bar. I was from out of state and was not served ‘allegedly’ because of my out of state ID. Bartender was rude to the bride and other customers. The bar seemed like it would have been good otherwise, but the bartender really ruined the experience.
