During my pizza addiction, I tried to dig into my childhood pizza archives and I have fond memories of N.Y. Giant Pizza. I am not going to lie, but there are so many places named New York Giant Pizza or something extremely similar, so I do not trust my memories at all. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and the worker helping me was nice. Since I called in my order, my pizza was fresh and ready when I arrived.
Supreme Pizza: 1.5/5
I ordered this pizza without olives and they were sure not to add any. The pizza photographs very well and looks fresh and delicious. While I will affirm that it was fresh, the pizza itself was a disaster. The amount of vegetables they put on it made the center extremely soggy and watery. The sauce itself did not taste like much and the dough was the same, very bland and uninspired. The toppings were definitely more on the raw side and retained a lot of moisture, so it was a very unpleasant experience eating hot damp pizza dough with warm but still raw-ish veggies. Perhaps their pizzas without vegetables are cooked better, but with supreme pizza being a standard, I am not too hopeful. I was pretty disappointed with the overall quality of the pizza and will not be coming back.

You don’t come here for the ambiance, you come here to take-away their delicious pizza! Boss man, Saades, welcomes you with a bright smile and serves up goodness! Their GIANT Pizza, cut into small squares, is the BEST for a party to feed a lot of people! I just served up a GIANT at a work party, and everyone was highly impressed! They also have gluten-free option! Superbowl Sunday was a HUGE day for them! I got my order in early!!! If you’re having a party, order your GIANT! You are sure to bring on miles of smiles! ❤️

I used to always go here today. I went there this morning when they opened and the guy served me a slice of pizza from yesterday and I believe it might be the owner. He is always there in the mornings. It’s possible there’s two business owners but I know one of them was there this morning and served me an old slice of pizza with fresh cheese on top of it. All they did was melt the cheese by putting it in the oven and then serving it to me. Absolutely disgusting

Amazing food (best lasagna I’ve ever had!), great prices, huge portions, and quality service. My kids barely eat anything and they devoured their pizza.

We have ordered from there for the past year and they just keep getting it wrong! Recently, we asked for the the pizza to be cut into squares on the phone and in person. The employee, after my spouse behind the counter, “reminded” the staff that it was cut in squares. Once the staff realized they messed up, they just cut a 2nd circle closer to the middle. We have been dealing with such poor service for over a year now that we won’t go back!

Whenever you place an order, you have to go there a few hours later because your order is not ready yet. The staff never inform you about this in advance, and that’s really frustrating.

I’ve been going to this place for years since they took over Little Caesars almost 20+ years ago. And it has always been great quality with consistency and tasted great. The price was fantastic too. Recently, the owners sold this location in the last year or so, and ever since, the food quality has dropped, and something is off. Not to mention less portions, it doesn’t taste as good, probably because he’s cheaping out on ingredients and price increases too. I get inflation is hurting everybody, but at least give the same size as before, especially when you’re increasing the price. The taste just isn’t there anymore since the new owners took over. I am going to keep going back to the Mira Mesa location where it’s the original owners and same consistency in quality like it always has been for years.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. Very well run establishment with amazing staff and food. HUGE pizzas, just like the name implies, and big salad portions. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants delicious food with a quick and professional service. 🙂
