the South Indian flavours were a burst in the mouth and trust me, this is one of the few restaurants in Europe that I have eaten in where I felt like I was eating authentic South Indian food.
the ambience is great here. and it’s well located. the staff are so friendly as well! Manikandan and Subu made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The food came to us on time and it was hot and delicious. Thank you so much for a great meal 🙂
The ambiance is welcoming, with a mix of traditional Indian decor and a modern touch. The warm lighting and friendly staff create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, with seating arrangements that cater to both small and large groups.
The menu is the star of the show, offering an array of South Indian classics. From fluffy idlis and crispy dosas to spicy sambar and flavorful chutneys, every dish is prepared with authentic ingredients and techniques. The masala dosa is a must-try, with its perfectly crisp exterior and savory potato filling. For rice lovers, the biryani and curd rice stand out for their rich flavors and aromatic spices. Vegetarian and vegan options are abundant, reflecting the diverse culinary traditions of southern India.
The service is prompt and courteous, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to recommend dishes. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality and authenticity of the food.
South Indian Flavours also offers takeaway and delivery, making it convenient for those who prefer to enjoy their meals at home. Whether you’re a South Indian cuisine enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit for its exceptional food and warm hospitality.
There is a person who seems to stay in the restaurant frequently — not part of the staff — who behaves very badly, especially when he’s drunk. He keeps staring at customers in an uncomfortable way, talks loudly using bad language in the local tongue, and even walks into the kitchen to take food for himself.
This kind of behavior completely ruins the dining experience and could seriously affect the restaurant’s reputation. The management should look into this issue soon, because otherwise many regular customers like me may stop visiting despite the good food and service.
1. I ordered masala dosa. I bite a stone on the potato stuffed masala
2.i sat inside the restaurant tables and chairs are not properly assigned. The table was shaking when i was eating the food
3. There was one bee roaming around when I was eating food
4. The music was soo loud and very uncomfortable
5.One guy was talking over the telephone roaming around infront of me and starring at me all the time. It was soo uncomfortable, I even changed the seat and sat against him ♀️
I highly never recommend
