Grew up around here and just never tried this place, but always passed by. Anyhow, was in the mood for the $6 dollar variety of burgers and wow, this place hit the spot. Ordered a double wagyu cheese burger with garlic fries and it was good! As in both patties was still juicy good! Garlic fries weren’t too garlicky and not salty.
Prices seem fair for how full I felt afterwards. Not cheap. Not too expensive. I’ll certainly be back again!

Update August 2025: temporarily removing one star as they have very rigid ordering. Could not add a second patty to my surf and turf combo? I’m willing to pay extra, they said they can’t because the system won’t allow it. That’s pretty silly that they can’t physically cook and add a second patty just because their “system” won’t allow it? I’ll check back in a few weeks and update my review of this is fixed.
Wow! This place is GREAT! It’s definitely gourmet. Think juiciness of The Melt, casualness of In-N-Out, but gourmet quality of a proper restaurant (delicate buttery brioche buns, better quality meat), with your college town burger shack vibe. I hope they’re here to stay because this is going to be my new spot. Only wish they were open later (i.e. 11pm)!

My buddy and I heard this spot was THEE spot. So we decided to check it out. QR-code to order, make an account log in, order etc. Took about 15ish mins or so. Once we got our food, the garlic fries were a hit. Lil oily, perfect crunch and garlic ratio. The Double Wagyu Cheese Burger was … ok. I got no tomato but the burger was slanted in half so I actually had to realign it (NBD) but that first bite was just very soggy. Almost like it was very oily from the meat, cheese and sauce. My buddy also had a hamburger and it was also a bit soggy but his shrimp were a hit! I will definitely be back to try the Chicken Sandwich.

Came here during lunch on Friday and there weren’t too many people, lots of picnic tables to eat at and it was really easy to order via their app. Food is super fresh, tastes great and is very reasonable. The burger was delicious and not too pricey which made me happy. Pretty big parking lot and located right behind ume tea.

Had the surf and Turf deal. Hamburger (+cheese) and breaded fried shrimp. Cheeseburger was quite a surprise, very tasty and perfectly made. I’m amazed this little shack offers such tasty burgers. The shrimp was fresh and flash fried because the shrimp was definitely cooked nicely and not overdone. I’ll definitely be back to try their other offerings.

Been here a couple of times. Everything is cooked to order. The mission sampler large portion is huge and they give a lot of sauces for this. The breading for the seafood items are crunchy and crispy. Seafood items, Burger and chicken sandwiches are good as well. There is just outdoor seating.

Good for a quick bite. Spicy sandwich is really spicy but tolerable. Wagyu burger is very tasty. Portion are a bit small but matches pricing. Garlic fries are done well. Sweet potato fries are good alternative to regular fries. Great location.
