Jimmy John’s is a regular for us when we are in a hurry but want a freshly made sandwich. We were headed through Gaithersburg and decided to grab a sandwich. It fully met expectations. Good food! Clean place. The service was slightly slower than normal as only one person was taking orders and making subs but it was still quick and tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again!

I go here almost religiously for lunch everyday. The food, prepared with dedication and a smile. The service is very good. The people who work here, are amazing and actually care about clients and the service they provide, it’s top tier service for fast food service. This one time they burned the bread and the service around them burning bread was impeccable, outstanding! They took the time to let me know what the bread situation was, let me look at the bread, feel the bread and decide if I wanted the use the burnt bread or if I wanted a wrap to substitute for something that was a mistake on their part. Above and beyond customer service. Every where there’s customer service should be like this!

My sandwich was no where near “toasted.” It was ROASTED so badly and burned that it crackled like toast and the meat was like a frisbee. Don’t order through Uber Eats or you are stuck with it.

Visiting Gaithersburg & what did I find?
Jimmy John’s. Prices cheaper than Frederick & John Showman, made me the best sub I had in years.
The Italian night club..I loaded it with extra hot peppers. It was so good I should have bought the larger size
I picked up a day old sub roll for 50 cents. I will turn that into garlic bread
This franchise owner better double John’s salary because I am going to share his name with other owners I know
Acara is the manager on duty & runs the best Jimmy Johns south of Frederick, Maryland

Just stopped in to make an order. There were 3 employees standing around just ignoring me the entire time. After standing at the register for about 10 minutes and being ignored, I decided to just leave and eat elsewhere. I’ve been to prisons with better customer service.

EVERY TIME! I go to Jimmy John’s in Gaithersburg, I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!.
This time isn’t any different. I lost my ex fiance in August, and my mom went in to get me a gift card because (Jimmy’s) is my absolute favorite sub shop.
Jeff is absolutely amazing, and he like this all the time.
He gave my mom a paper that says I would get a free meal. I was broken hearted, still am, but this was such an amazing gesture, it does my heart good.
Jeff has NEVER not been anything less than happy.
His gesture made my grief, somewhat easier to deal with.

I decided to use my $2 off coupon at Jimmy John’s today. It is National Sandwich Day. I am disappointed with the portion size. I also had no avocado on my sub. It needs flavor. But it’s traditional and inviting so you should definitely add some condiments to it.
I give it a 3.5out of 5
Fresh ingredients, skimpy portions and no avocados on the sub.

I get its a quick bite place but the tall petite male wearing glasses and a hat at the register was a real joy…. Did not look up once, i said order he just said “yup” after each addition to sandwich all annoyed. The card reader wasn’t working and he got annoyed at me when he did not do it properly.
Then took me to a different machine, I asked him to relay order to ensure it was the same. Gave me the biggest cold shoulder . I then asked for a receipt after he threw it in the trash. He said rudely “ down there” in a cold tone and just walked off.
The older male and female was running the shift and was so kind, so thank you! Unfortunate the male at the register came across like it was a problem/ inconvenience i was ordering food for my family.
Trash all over the place as well.

I was traveling and needed a quick sandwich after an early dinner, so I did not visit until almost 8pm. The place was deserted except for 3 employees actively shutting down despite still having an hour before closing. I was not familiar with the menu selections so it took a minute to figure out what to buy. Not the best I’ve had, not the worst either.
