The guy who took my order was very pleasant. The girl who served, not so. Couldn’t be bothered with a question. Wanted to know if you offered turbinado sugar. She responds we have the sweetners. I said I don’t eat sweetners, you don’t have real sugar? She just pointed to the other containers of sweetners. Then she forgot my muffin. Then when I opened the pre-wrapped bagged muffin, I couldn’t even hold the muffin. It completely crumbled on my hand. I will not return.

I was at the airport with the kids in transit to another location and decided to grab a bite at Tinker Coffee.

The ladies who served us were very nice and prompt with our orders.

I liked the food. The French Dip I ordered was good, although I think it could’ve offered a bit more meat. The kids had a BLT and chicken tenders which they liked. They have a good selection of spirits, wine and beer. I ordered a Guinness for myself.

The atmosphere was nice with a cool accent wall with a mural on subway tile. Tinker coffee is a good option while waiting for your next flight!

Stopped by Tinker Coffee after a long red-eye flight since it was conveniently located right outside my gate. The line moved slower than I expected, especially for an airport spot where speed matters. On the plus side, the airport restrooms are just around the corner, which is convenient while waiting. Coffee quality was descent and nothing special. The wait time could be improved. Overall, a decent stop if you’re not in a rush.

Tinker drinks are the thing I look forward to every time I fly through IND! This review applies equally to both terminal locations, but I can’t speak to the food, just drinks.

Chai latte is well above average, flavorful rather than sweet and mild. Far and away better than Starbucks, which is the only alternative chai at this airport. Five spice (coffee) latte is also delicious. Their homemade syrups are definitely where Tinker stands out.

Service is a bit slow for an airport location, but that’s because staff are super friendly and happy to help you decide.

Avoid at all costs, the Illy automatic coffee machines are infinitely better and cost $2 less per drink. Even the dreaded airport Starbucks is better. Every time I am forced to get coffee here (sometimes the Illy machine is out of service) they burn the milk to the point that it blisters my mouth if I drink it within 10-15 minutes of ordering. It’s also a classic “here’s 2 shots and 20oz of milk” coffee shop with the smallest size being 12oz. Tried to order my cappuccino dry today and of course it came filled to the brim not at all under the normal wet 12oz. Absolutely not worth $7 (average cost of their drinks these days)

I was just looking around while going through the airport and came across Tinker’s, and I’m really glad I did. The hot chocolate was really good, honestly one of the best I’ve had. The crew was super nice and helpful and did a great job making it. I’d definitely recommend stopping by to try Tinker’s if you’re in the airport—especially the hot chocolate and bagels. Really good service overall.

Heading out super early for a flight and found this coffee shop! It did not disappoint. We had the iced caramel latte with extra shots and ordered a DELICIOUS breakfast bagel – sausage, egg and cheese! It was incredible. The workers were super friendly and fun! It is a must try!

Great coffee at the Indy airport. Ethiopian Blend is great as are the lattes. Staff is friendly and helpful and the lines move really quickly. Ample seating both outside the venue and at the two countertops inside the coffee shop. I’d take this place over Starbucks any day.

This location very convenient for the B entrance from TSA. The coffee is considerably better than the restaurant coffee at other tenant slots on the B Concourse. Friendly staff and faster than SBX.

The menu is simple so things move fast. There are also outlets to charge your phone here – but not at the front “high top seating”

I’m giving five across the board here. Most airports suck and I have been in a lot of them.

This is, without a doubt, the best crew I have encountered in any coffee shop in the country. They’re hilariously fun, give good service and make everyone around them smile. We sat and continued to observe people exiting the premises, smiles, wrapped to firmly around their faces. It’s one thing to have a good product, but it doesn’t matter without good people and they specialize in that here.

Courtney and Miona thank you for making a very long trip end on a great note.
