The younger, dark haired guy that is always there working the counter needs to learn some customer service skills if he is going to work upfront. Also, he cut my sandwich after he wrapped it and everything, cut through the wrapper with a knife and just acted like it was normal.. smh

I ordered on the subway app so our food would be ready by the time I got there. The sandwiches were okay in taste. We ordered 2 foot longs, 1 6 inch, and some cookies. The foot longs weren’t even cut… and the bread barely looked like it stayed in the oven long enough. On my sandwich there was a huge peice of green pepper that wasn’t properly cut. Both sandwiches were so drenched in sauce it was difficult to eat. I asked in special comments that my foot long be cut in 4 pieces due to my difficulty in taking big bites, and that the 6 inch be cut in half for my son. Neither was done and the other foot long wasn’t cut at all. Our order was put to the side but they left out the bag of chips I ordered so we didn’t even get those. I was severely disappointed. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food wasn’t disgusting. But I don’t see us going back….

Do NOT eat there!! The so called manager “Ally”
refused to issue the full refund after staff made dietary allergy modifications of their own due to not contacting with prior approval!!! STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

Had order written down for a club salad and no meat at all. My husband had a steak and cheese but they didn’t heat meat and only put half of what is supposed to be on 12 inch. Hard to find any meat tall in sandwich. Need to train staff

My elderly mother had trouble ordering. The young girl was so patient with her after giving a smile. The rep was so polite. That is the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

Food was good but they can’t follow simple directions. I had asked for the avocado to be on the side and for my order to be cut into 3 sections. My order was picked up and there was no avocado at all and they were partially cut in half. How hard is it to cut all the way through a sandwich? But then again if you cant count to 3….
