At Denny’s in Monroeville pa. I was intrigued bc I didn’t know this was a thing there, as well as banda burrito.
We waited for ages even though we were already running late, food was barely warm & the hotel was around the block.
Fries were terrible. Not even salted, but yeah, cold fries are especially not good.
Burger was small& not even close to the pictures. Onion rings were fine.
Barbacoa burrito, decent decent size but boring. Tortilla chips& queso…ok enough
Overall, disappointing and aggressively mediocre. It was edible and that’s about it. Denny’s isn’t great but it’s a lot better than this stuff. Heck, Sheetz next door is better and they’re a gas station joint . And I’m not joking or exaggerating.

Not worth the hype. Super expensive hot for a subpar experience. Food was over seasoned the parking is not good. I paid 8 dollars for parking and that was insult to injury. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because they atleast fed us but just barely for the amount of money spent. The overall experience isn’t anything special and I’d argue the reputation of the burger den actually made it fail expectations even more.

I didn’t go to the Burger Den. It’s Denny’s. The food is meh. Not the worst in the world. The service is awful. I waited for almost 10 minutes for a to go order after showing up 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Everybody was just standing around talking and carrying on. There was one girl running around waiting on tables, putting together my order, making milkshakes…. Nobody helped her. Literally 6 people just standing around twiddling their thumbs. I felt really bad for her. She was stellar though. But one person can only move so fast. The food probably would have been better if we got it while it was still hot.

The staff (manager Dwayne and server Heather) were great and went above and beyond. The only dim part was when first being seated. I asked for a booth and the server with the red hair took us to the bench/table. She asked if it was ok I said no that I had asked for a booth and she made a face and then moved us to a booth.
