Stopped at Sunday on elm road There was no one at the counter. The worker came up front and asked how can I help you. I proceeded to give the order, and started with the sandwich. After just putting meat on the 1st on. I asked where was the rest of the bread. She looked at me and said, we close in 5 minutes and couldn’t I see she was the only one working. Along with that she said there are other subways opened longer. The worker should of said something before starting the order. Let her know what was needed

Im a doordash delivery driver, and I had to pick up an order at this Subway restaurant. There were two young women working, I let them know who I was and what I was there for, and they handed me a bag with three subs in it, which was correct but the order also called for a Pepsi and a bag of doritos. Maybe it was my mistake to do this, but I assumed they would have the Pepsi and the chips ready with the subs, but they didn’t.
Their attitude was one of indifference if not slight annoyance. I didn’t know if the Pepsi was supposed to be a bottle of pop or a fountain drink, the only instruction they gave me was that I was to gather up the pop and the chips myself. I go to the pop cooler, they don’t have regular Pepsi, by this point I guess they’ve had enough of me, again they offered me no instruction on what to do since there was no regular pepsi. Finally they told me to get a fountain drink, they didn’t tell me what size. There was absolutely zero customer service and like I said their attitudes were one of indifference and annoyance. I know I’ll never eat there as a customer.

I’m tired of coming here and it taking over 20 minutes for them to make two sandwiches when no one else is in store. I watched one of the girls run and hide in the back when I came in (no other customers) and there were 2 employees up front. Still it took OVER 20 MINUTES FOR THOSE 2 GIRLS TO MAKE my 2 sandwiches and thats just unacceptable at this point. It happens too frequently. There needs to be an adult there to supervise all these children you keep hiring because this is ridiculous

I went to Subway on Elm Rd. for my lunch, I got there at 12:01pm and waited in line for 25 minutes. There were 3 people in front of me, and 2 people working. Nothing was ready for the lunch rush, the 2 employees were running around doing other things instead of waiting on customers, from what I heard a manager was coming in and they were doing things to prepare for that. I waited my entire lunch break in line and barely made it back to work on time. And pictured is the slop that I purchased. The sign on the door says “Under New Management”, DO BETTER!!!!!! Hire competent workers who know how to prepare for the lunch rush! Unacceptable!!

Went to the one on Elm first, girl was sitting in the back eating, after waiting for a few minutes she informs us she can’t take our order, system down, so we left and went to the subway inside of Walmart, put my order in 2 footloose an a 6″, asked the girl to freshen the tuna the container was almost empty, the lettuce was brown, told the girl it looked bad, she didn’t pay attention, the cold cut lunch meat seemed a little dry, all in all I’m done with subway, pay 10.00 for a sub and it wasn’t worth 5.00

I placed an order pick up around at 5:22 with 6 foot longs. Was told it would be ready by 5:40. When I arrived I said I was here for a pick up order. The male staff told me it wasn’t ready yet. When I had asked how much longer he said awhile bc she order 6 foot I had said “yes I know I was the one who placed it. How much longer do you think it will be” he told me 5-10 minutes. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before I went back in and they still weren’t done. I finally got my food at 6:05. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn’t. There were only 2 other people there when I went in the first time and 2 when I went in the second time. I just don’t understand why it took so long? Almost 50 minutes is crazy to make 6 sandwiches. Then we get home to eat, they were wrong. As we were unwrapping they had condiments that shouldn’t have been there, and none on sandwiches that should have, they were flattened and honestly tasted funny. So much so that we threw them away because they tasted horrible and we were scared of getting sick. This is the first time we have ever encountered this and honestly it will be the last because I’m not chancing getting sick.

Came for sub of the day meal and they were out of tuna (dinner just started) and told me that they would not substitute, despite the fact that they don’t have it, and that I just could not have a sub of the day meal today at all.

Why do they offer online orders when they don’t do them until they are caught up with the walk in customers? I got there when my order was to be ready then waited over15 more minutes till all the walkins ordered and left then they started on the online orders. I got a meatball sub 12 inch and it had 3 meat balls.on it. My wife got the same a 12 inch and it had 2 meat balls! Horrible, horrible store. Will never go there again!
