My favorite addiction is seeing my favorite girls and getting my favorite tea!! I love the location, the staff and every tea or shake that I try. The vibe is welcoming, the girls are friendly and it makes me want to keep going back. Best of all, I can get some to go to keep on hand at work or at home in case I need a pick me up or if I can’t get out. Beast, a beauty tea, is my all time favorite!

I can’t say enough good things about Between the Lakes Nutrition in Mount Juliet. I’ve been working at a firework stand for the past two weeks in scorching temperatures without AC or much sleep, unable to leave the stand for break at times.

I’ve gone in twice now, and will definitely be back a 3rd. The strawberry cheesecake shake and protein bites are to die for. My last visit I tried the Aquaman tea, not only was it good it also worked and was a great pick me up to keep my day going. I highly recommend going in, they have lots of options and will have something for you.
