Food was ok. What did not do it for us was that the salsa was packaged AND not much heat. Anyone can make a burrito, but salsa should be the focus because it makes the food taste delicious. I got the lengua burrito asked for easy beans it had a little too much, but my fault should have said just a smear. They were good beans. The people were very nice. But u wouldn’t go out my way to go there. Last opinion… just make your own salsa it seems to commercial!

Foods usually good, so is timing. Only downfall is that I’ve noticed in the past at a glance, and I verified today, that their drive thru menu prices are $.50 cents less than what they charge you on the receipt. Thats not including the tax. I sincierly hope this is fixed by my next visit. It doesn’t seem like much unless your struggling like most of us San Bernardino citizens. Thank you for your time.

On 2 separate occasions my family members have gotten really bad food poisoning from this place recently. Specifically the carne asada fries both times. Not sure if they’re not following proper food safety protocols or what but they’ve both ended up with severe vomiting and diarrhea within 24 hours of eating the carne asada fries from here.

OMG!, this place is amazing. The food is clean, fresh, and tasty. If you are nearby you have to try Albertaco’s. The service was excellent as well. If you go in, say hello to Alondra and Rosie, for me, they are the best. Try it, you can thank me later.

Just left here to find out that my chicken enchiladas that i ordered were cheese enchiladas with cold cheese not melted and the corn tortilla was also cold. When I opened it up I noticed something small moving around so I was able to see it had bugs in it. I don’t know what kind of bug so I called the phone number multiple time to ask for the manager and keep getting a person that didn’t understand English telling me no manager. I tried to take a picture with my phone but you can’t see it, it’s to small and is kind of a clear bug. I don’t fell that I need to drive back down there to resolve an issue that can be taking care of over the phone. I will never go back. Make sure to check your food before eating it or going through the drive thru and finding out later that your order is wrong or it has bugs. Good Luck if you eat here.

Ordered thrue drive thrue at 9 PM. Got carne asadas fries and 5 tacos. They forgot the carne asada fries. Called back to see if i could go back and get them and the worker was arguing with me saying that he gave me 2 bags. He called me a liar and then finally gave me my order

Please make sure you are checking your receipts . She charged $114.50 for some chilaquiles… took them forever to give me my money back . She even denied it( drive thru) . I even said how did you guys not notice your register was over $100? In transactions? After two weeks, I got my money back though.

We get food here a lot. I wanted carne asada fries. They are the best at this place. So much steak. I always order the full order. It’s enough to share with someone else, or for three meals for me. Today I shared with my daughter. I ask for the fries to be cooked extra. This time I ordered fish tacos for my husband. He likes them here better than at other fast food places.
