The restaurant has a lovely interior—bright, modern, and very Instagrammable. The décor feels thoughtfully put together, making the space warm and inviting. There are a good number of tables, but the place gets quite busy during both lunch and dinner, so reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups. Air-conditioning is available (a big plus in summer), and there are a few outdoor tables as well.

Dishes Ordered:
1) Lamb Chops (Starter) – 3 pieces, very flavourful and surprisingly tender. Juicy, well-seasoned, and a great start to the meal.

2) Pork Skewers – 2 skewers with the right balance of lean meat and fat. Tender, juicy, and not dry at all.

3) Pork Spring Onions – Simple, mild, and nicely done. Nothing unexpected, but good quality and enjoyable (sometimes “no surprises” is exactly what you want).

4) Lamb Chops (Main) – Served with a sweet nuoc cham sauce that really elevates the dish. The lamb felt identical to the starter—tender and packed with flavour. Tried it with both rice and rice noodles on separate visits: rice is more filling, while rice noodles feel lighter.

5) Chicken & Beef Brisket Pho – The broth is strong, aromatic, and even better if you add the chili sauce available on the side. Chicken thigh pieces were juicy, with a few burnt bits that surprisingly didn’t add any bitterness. The beef brisket was thinly sliced, extremely tender, and leaned more European-style lean meat rather than fatty Asian brisket—but still moist and delicious. I usually dislike lean cuts, but this brisket was an exception.

Overall:
We had a great experience. The space is pretty, the food is consistently good, and portions are generous. My partner especially enjoyed the pho, and several dishes stood out for their tenderness and well-balanced flavours. I’d happily return to try more of the menu. Dog friendly

Real-deal Vietnamese taste, warm and efficient service, with reasonable prices.
If you’re local in Sale (or just passing through), it’s easily one of the best spots around for satisfying that pho craving.
Highly recommended.

A local little gem that serves nice Vietnam Pho with high quality; wishing they have vermicelli (Bun Hoi) and more different dishes, but it’s soup is very good and if you want to have a bowl of pho with nice soup, this is the place not to go disappointed. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

We ordered one snack, a pho, and a noodle salad. Unfortunately, it took almost an hour for the pho and noodle salad to arrive, even though a table that arrived after us was served much sooner. Our waitress was friendly, but the kitchen was very slow. The noodle salad and crispy pork rolls were also disappointing in flavor. I would recommend visiting only if you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind waiting.

Service was great, communicated clearly how to order and that food would come out when ready. Food was lovely, full of flavour. Prawns and meat were cooked superbly and the spring rolls were crispy and light. Will definitely come back!

A newly open Pho place in Sale.
The honey lemon ice tea was great. We also had salt and pepper prawns, which tasted nice.
My partner had grilled lemon grass chicken, the chicken was absolutely delicious but the noodles are probably a bit plain. They could probably do with a bit more generous portion as well.
As to the Pho, the soup was delicious, a bit different from traditional pho (maybe more modern). The soup was slightly greasy, and if they could cook the noodles a bit more that would be better. Worth mentioning I asked for extra soup and they did give me more.

Popped in to try their creative spring rolls for a takeaway lunch.

They kindly mixed up the choices for me, so I got to try various flavours.

All absolutely delicious, was surprised how tasty the cheesy chicken roll was as well. Spotted this on their socials.

10/10

Good service and atmosphere but food let’s it down. Pho broth tasty but had hardly any meat in (double meat… 4/5 pieces) and garnesh non existent (very small) ..all for £16. My partners chicken had more meat than my double meat. Missing all the nice leaves, beansprouts and veg you get in authentic restaurants. Portion size overall was ok. Had the fried squid and chips as sides, these were good but again small portion (they were sides I think vs starters) . They gave me a child’s portion of the rice dish and charged me £10 vs £13.50…they called it tiny rice. Very cramped tables especially with a baby. I thought this was expensive for what it was. There are much better Vietnamese places. We did have high hopes, this is more like a fast-food place vs authentic restaurant.
