This FIREHOUSE, has been the best one in ELP that I have been too. The sandwich’s are always fresh, the store is always clean, bathroom is always cleaned and the dining room area is constantly clean whenever I go in there, , I will be back there always the workers are always very sweet and I just love the older lady there her name starts with a D she is very very sweet

My favorite FH location in town. The staff is great, and even gave us a heads up when the romaine wasn’t up to par and asked us if we wanted to recieve a different lettuce in our salad. That kind of attention to detail goes a long way for a picky eater like myself.

Very disappointed. Portion size very small for the money. I wanted to try the Thanksgiving turkey sub.. no dressing so they couldn’t make it. So decided to get a soup. No loaded potato soup. No ckn dumpling soup. They were out of cheddar cheese for the brisket sandwich my granddaughter ordered then tried to charge me extra for the mozzarella cheese we had to substitute for because they were out of the cheddar cheese. Will be awhile before I return.

Amazing sandwich, just as I craved. Try the carribean jerk turkey one. Last one on the menu. You wont be disappointed. Fire fire fire. And I got dill pickle chips and a lemonade. N for my hot sauce I got this number 7 “Florida man’s pineapple crazy sauce” or something like that. I’ve paid more than 15 dollars and had way less satisfaction fr. I’m def going back. Danny i believe brought my sandwich out to me. Firehouse holding it down for the sandwich lovers. If I could only request one thing, make a tuna sandwich available on the menu. Other than that, yall got it.

Ordered on the firehouse app for pick up from this location. I think it’s brand new since the retail shopping center was recently built. Very clean inside and everything tasted delicious! I got my go-to sandwich, the Turkey and provolone with extra Mayo, lettuce and banana peppers. My favorite!

I had an online order and arrived to the store early. Aaron with his great customer service verified the ingredients that were supposed to be on my wife’s sandwich. Thankfully he did that because my wife’s orders always get messed up. Thanks Aaron for verifying beforehand. Great service!

Just picked up my moble order. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The worker (Aaron, I believe it was) had my order ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. I dont order from here often. But DAMN! my sandwich is really good!!

Edit!! I ordered the same exact same sandwich again. It honestly was nothing like the one Aaron made! The quality and missing ingredients were definitely not there. They really need to be better at training. They had to call Aaron , and he made things right, getting me a refund. Unfortunately wont be back for a while. Pretty disappointed!
