No toilet paper, toilet seat broken, no towel paper. I had to sit and repeatedly asked hello at the drive thru window for someone to finally take my order. This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Went here for breakfast, and my experience with the customer service was disappointing. When I first got to the counter, the server was working the drive-through window, so I decided to use the bathroom to kill some time. When I returned, she came over and I asked about a drink that was being advertised. She gave a brief explanation but then immediately walked away back to the drive-through window without saying “excuse me” or “I’ll be right back.” After waiting for some time with no further attention, I decided to leave because I definitely felt like my order was not a priority to her. On top of that, the bathroom was in poor condition—it never had soap, and it clearly needed a deep cleaning. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor cleanliness made for a very frustrating visit.

I got a refresher with outmilk and it was separated and chunky there was a large chunk floating on top. I asked her if she could remake it and she just tried stirring it and squishing the chunks. Then I said could you just make it with almond milk. Then she handed me a drink that was completely separated with chunky solid almond milk on top of the refresher juice. Then she just tried stirring it. Then she tried to tell me it was just cuz I was getting milk which is incorrect because I’ve gotten it many times at other Dunkin’s. I just ended up getting refresher with lemonade instead, but I do not think their fridge is working correctly cuz all their milk was super chunky.

Drive thru says it’s “open until 6” but don’t bother coming after 5 because the teenage girl working here won’t take your food order, only “easy drinks” because “she needs time to clean so she can leave right at 6.” I’m pretty sure toast doesn’t take 45 minutes to make and you clean at the end of your shift, not almost an hour before closing. The manager here needs to explain to this employee she has a JOB not a HOBBY. Very rude and unprofessional. Sounded like such a childish response

This place needs some training from the manager down. It’s a trickle effect when the manager has an attitude and rolls her eyes and don’t help you when a product is out after you ordered it. Also there’s a Hispanic girl little heavier with glasses she’s rude when it comes to customer service. She tries to act like the manager and she’s not. She needs to be retrained or let go. I will not be coming back her and will make sure my friends and family don’t as well. Please train your staff better if you want a more friendly atmosphere.

Drinks are usually good. Food is always lacking. Hashbrowns have been a half serving multiple times and the bacon/egg/cheese Wake Up Wrap was so small it shouldn’t even be considered a snack.
I would not recommend buying any food item except the donuts which have consistently been great. The Wake Up Wrap is $3 and probably weighs less than an ice cube.
What I do now is get my drinks from Dunkin and get my food across the street. Both drive thru’s are fast!
