I’ve been ordering from here at least once a week, but unfortunately this will be my last time. When my pizza arrived, all the cheese had completely slid to one corner of the box. It looked like the box had been tilted badly during delivery. I called just to politely let them know what happened — not even demanding anything — and the man who answered started yelling at me over the phone.
As a regular customer, I expected better service and basic courtesy. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated makes all the difference. Sadly, because of the behavior I experienced, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

We placed an order through Uber Eats today, a Sunday evening due to inclement weather and illness. We live in an apartment building and tipped specifically for door delivery, which is standard for our building and something we regularly receive without issue.
The driver contacted us and stated he could not double park and instructed us to come downstairs. We explained that we could see the vehicle already double parked, that the street had been cleared, and that door delivery was paid for. The driver did not make any attempt to exit the vehicle.
Shortly after, the store manager contacted us and reiterated that we must come downstairs due to alleged parking and weather issues. I personally spoke with the manager and explained that I was ill and had limited ability to speak, that we paid both a delivery fee and a tip for door delivery, and that legal parking spots were available nearby. Despite this, we were told that delivery to our door was “not possible.”
After more than 15 minutes of calls, during which the driver remained outside without attempting delivery, the store advised us that the order would be canceled. We accepted the cancellation and placed an order with another local pizzeria.
For comparison, the alternate restaurant accepted our order at 9:38 PM and completed door delivery by 9:53 PM without any issue.
Notably, after our order had already been canceled, the driver rang our building bell. At that point, we declined the delivery since the store had canceled the order. He even came upstairs to the door to try and leave the pizza and we told him to take it back.
This experience reflects a failure to provide the service paid for, poor coordination between the store and driver, and an unwillingness to resolve the situation despite reasonable accommodations and communication. As a result, we will NEVER be ordering from this establishment again.

Really good just order today for Christmas a large pie with extra cheese and sausage so good so far the best pizza I have had from Bayonne and they was already closing but the guy was so nice and let me place an order thank you

This was my first time ordering from Mikes and it was great! The portions are extremely generous considering the price. Everything tasted good, the only bad thing I have to say is the I ordered half pepperoni on my pizza but got all cheese. Besides that it was a great experience and if you’re hesitant you should definitely buy from here! Delivery was also quick!

Bought cheese pizza and Alfredo pasta. Amazing and welcoming staff, clean, and great prices. Pizza was amazing and crispy. Pasta was creamy and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered tortellini Alfredo. It looks like soup. However I ordered before and it was thicker like a bake pasta and I loved it. But this is terrible. I’ve never had runny pasta.. especially with Alfredo.

Was really disappointed with the soggy bread crust. Mike said since we already started eating it he’ll take care of us next time. Maybe we’ll just find another pizza spot. Wasn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed with the crust. But this time we totally wasted our money. No way anyone can eat soggy pizza. Can’t even enjoy it. 🙁
