The pizza is not good at all. ☹️. I just ordered today 12/27/25. Pizza is all about the crust. This crust was terrible. It must be some premade crust, this was almost like a cracker. Just not good at all. I think I could have gotten a frozen pizza from the grocery store and been better off because I would not have spent $52. On a happy note, the staff and delivery driver were very kind.

We loved this place, the Monster Sandwhich is our favorite along with the meatball sub, we have been going here for many years. Tonight we ordered three sandwiches and they didn’t have any meat, all bread. Photos say it all, so sad but we won’t be returning 🙁

Pizza here is so good!!! Every time we crave pizza this is our place to go to, as this is the best pizza in town! Aside of the pizza being good you really cannot beat the value of buy one and get one free!!! Lastly I love that this is a family owned business and we get to contribute to our small business in the community. Try it, you will love it!

Today we placed an order at Fatte’s Pizza 1550 E H St. Chula Vista 91913. We ordered a total of 8 pizzas for a family gathering. We order every Friday from Fatte’s but this time my while my 12 year old son was eating a cheese pizza he found a bandaid baked into the pizza. When we called the restaurant they had the nerve to argue with us and tell us that no one had a bandaid on. Well obviously cause it was baked into the crust of the cheese pizza. My husband asked for a refund and they refused saying it was not true. Well, it was true and we were loyal customers for over 5 years. They really need to be checked out for sanitary purposes, and it is quite irresponsible for the owners son to have told my husband that there was nothing he could do after driving himself over there and taking him the plate with the bandaid he argued was not theirs.
We have no need for free food! We are disgusted not only at what happened but at the fact that you continue to not take responsibility and call is liars. We added a picture of apl the pizzas being returned as we were also accused by them of wanting free food.

Love this place!! Fatty’s pizza staff is super friendly and funny. There’s a standing buy one get one free special which makes it very affordable.

Tried this place twice. Pizza is alright. The first time, we did delivery and it took over an hour. Then my husband had to go find the driver because they were lost. I had to contact Alice to get any communication on why our pizza was taking over an hour. This time I did pick up. Walked in once the app told me it was ready. Employees were on their phones at the front counter and some eating off to the back. It seemed like they hadn’t even gotten my pizzas in the oven before I walked in. Had to wait. Purposely did pick up so I could grocery shop and then swing by after once the pizzas were done. Ice cream melted in my car. They handed my pizzas and said “sorry” and that was that. Won’t be coming here again. I’ll pay the extra money and stick to Bambino’s.

They have 3 sets of pricing, one online, one on their menu board, and something different in their computer. Ridiculous and only honor what’s in the computer. Plus last time I went I didn’t get my free pizza. They offered to make it for me but would have had to wait another 45 min. No thanks. Their pizza is only mediocre anyway. I’m done with them for good. FYI, employee was very sweet and seemed annoyed by the situation also since she has to deal with it all the time.

We ordered the coupon with 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings and free cheesy bread. When my wife picked it up she charged us $34 dollars and change, she showed the coupon and the price was adjusted but we weren’t given the cheesy bread (which we really like). We ordered double sausage on both pizzas and the first large one had 14 pieces of sausage (a couple so small I make sure it was sausage. The second pizza had a few more pieces. So does that mean a single order of sausage is 7 pieces?
