I have been going to vanilla rice for the last couple of months and I always appreciated the fact that they made everything fresh and to order, and gave a really big portions making it worth the price. But this time I cannot say that they delivered the same excellence I’m used to.
I ordered a plate with steak, salmon and I added chicken. I requested fried rice with NO EGG and that my steak be cooked to a medium temperature. What I got was a plate that had fried rice with egg, steak that was over cooked at a well done temp and salmon that was hard as a rock and dry. None of my food was made to order and even the vegetables were undercooked and very crunchy, I was so disappointed because I’m spending $50+ on this meal and the least they can do is make everything fresh and to order to make it worth the price.
I have had a much better experience at the flamingo location but the Charleston location has been hit or miss so I won’t be returning to that location.

Disappointed is an understatement. I placed an order at 6:11 and didn’t get to eat my cold food till 8:05pm. They forgot my noodles which are an up charge. Then I drove all the way back to get them, only for them to give me the driest noodles with no sauce on them. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After several attempts to contact the store, I finally got ahold of someone that suggested I not be so upset about the experience & offered 15% off my next visit which expires in 9 days. While waiting again for the noodles, I requested to get information for the store to request a refund and was directed to a QR code for a review, so here it is. For an exorbitant & automated experience that cost $72 for two meals I expect a better service or more attention to detail. I can bring the noodles back tomorrow because they weren’t eaten due to them not tasting correct. You can keep the 15%, off we’re not coming back and I want a refund.

Visiting from out of town, I stopped by Vannilla Rice and we were greeted by Ashah, she was super friendly and helped us pick out our lunch. The food was amazing! I had the chicken bowl and my friend had the shrimp burrito. I highly recommend this place, the service was so good and the food was outstanding, we will come back here before we leave back home at the end of the week!

Yummy ! Kept saying “wow” with every bite. Truly tastes hibachi style. Potstickers were to die for, soft and saucy. Chicken was juicy and everything tasted fresh and hot. Surprised that there was seating inside so I was able to enjoy my bowl. Must Try, really felt welcomed.

Every time I come to Vanilla Rice Hibachi House I am extremely excited and fortunate to support a young entrepreneur and business owner. Top notch meals every time and the appetizers are incredible as well. The owner represents himself at a high level of regard and he has the courtesy to take time out of his day to stop and chat with you while you enjoy a meal. The quality of food is just as good as the quality of service and I think that everyone should try eating at Vanilla Rice Hibachi House.

So my husband and I got a little deal online b1g1 chicken bowl and b1g1 burrito along with buying a drink. Somehow we ended up spending $59 dollars. $5 dollars for a small lemonade is outrageous to me still. Customer service was a one million. Great positive vibes, very helpful so service was not lacking at all. Chicken bowl was good I didn’t see anything wrong with it but for $18 mmm not my preference for price. Yes the veggies were half cooked (seen someone else talk about this) but I like it like that so I didn’t have an issue there. My husband got double shrimp burrito and he enjoyed the burrito. There was an odd smell in the restaurant so didn’t stay long. Other than that food was good, nothing really popped out to me any different from any other place. I would buy again if I was with a group but I wouldn’t go out my way to go back down there. Addionally, I really didn’t care for the bribe for a free appetizer for a 5 star rating online from our deals we got. If it was a true and raw rating maybe reaching out to those separately and offering it to them.

First time trying , the food was amazing full of flavor i saw this place on tik tok and been wanting to try for a long time. I got the half steak half chicken with half rice and half noodles ,Only reason i gave 4 stars is i wish for the price there was some more meat and some of the steak pieces were really fatty. I would come back though the staff was really nice and every piece of food did have a great flavor i went to the charleston location and would recommend.

Vanilla Rice Hibachi was one of those late night drunk orders during my 21st birthday in Las Vegas and let me tell you ever since that night IVE BEEN HOOKED!!! It’s now been a tradition for my boyfriend and I to go there every time we are in Vegas and it truly never fails, the food is consistent, never any flaws, the staff is always so welcoming, and the owner himself we have nothing but love and respect for him, from the moment we met we’ve felt like family, every time we come he remembers us welcoming us with big smiles and hugs!
One of biggest things that stood out and truly made us have so much more love and respect is by seeing the owner whipping it up behind the counter sweating putting his heart into it while most other owners hire people to do that, he isn’t just a man that owns an amazing business he’s a man that shows he truly loves what he’s created.
This place is one thousand percent worth the money, you aren’t just getting amazing food but you are gaining life long connections with these people! I can’t recommend this place enough!!! This has been the best past 3 years of stopping by every time we are in town!

Some bites are the experience. From the pop in the mouth that the shrimp gives. To the savory flavor of the meat. The chefs know how to combo the flavors well. A piece of art for the mouth to indulge. This hibachi place sets the standard of what’s good in Vegas. Definitely coming here again. The drinks are perfect for the summer heat too. The noodles are creamy with a sauce with perfect amount of salt and sweet, they also keep their keep of craving something warm to go with the rest of the delicious hibachi.
