Will not be back. I love papa johns but we will drive to Springfield to get our pizza. We ordered pizza for pickup. When we arrived, our pizza was given to someone named Brandy. Would not of known that if it was not for her calling into the store. We were treated very rudely by the guy behind the counter. Wish we would of caught his name because I would of just called corporate. We proved that yes we placed the order at the right store and that the app said it was picked up and it was not by us. If it was not for Brandy calling the store I feel that we would not of received our pizza because the guy behind the counter was doing anything amd everything except for trying to make it right. Im assuming a lady manager walked up asked if we had been helped, the worker was trying to cover up his mistake until Jimmy told her exactly what had happened. We did end up walking out with our order, not one apology until leaving. Poor service and not owning up to a mistake of giving the pizza to some one else and being treated like we were in the wrong. Definitely will not go back.

Ordered delivery at 4:30 pm and didn’t receive the pizza until 5:35. Not sure why they use DoorDash but the app said my pizza was finished and sitting at the location for over 20 minutes before it was picked up. Needless to say the food was cold when we received it. I was really happy when we got a Papa John’s but I don’t see this place being open for very long.

Staff was perfectly friendly and deserve some kudos but the wait was unacceptable. The franchisee should be embarrassed for not staffing this location properly. They had to turn so many customers away just while I was waiting for my order. Again. Great staff that was there. Management gets the 1-star. Plan waaaaaaaay ahead if you decide to order from here.

This is more on Papa John’s itself, and less to do with the staff. I ordered the stuffed crust, which you would assume would be the original crust, but stuffed on the edge. No, it was a razor thin NY style of crust with a hollow edge crust that wasn’t stuffed.
