I placed an order through the restaurant’s website, and it was delivered by DoorDash. When my food arrived, it was not sealed in any way. In a time when health and safety should be a priority—especially during peak flu season—sending out unsealed delivery orders is completely unacceptable.
I called the restaurant to request that the order be remade. The person who identified himself as the manager refused, stating they had “run out of seals” and then proceeded to tell me I was being paranoid. That response was not only dismissive, it was unprofessional and offensive. Customer concerns about food safety should never be mocked or minimized.
If the restaurant is unable to properly seal delivery orders, they should not be sending them out. Even more concerning than the missing seal was the manager’s attitude and lack of accountability. This experience showed a clear disregard for basic customer service and food safety standards.

The most unprofessional store. Not once but twice I left without my pizza. This took the cake. No eye contact or verbal contact, just a finger in the air to wait. I could go on, there’s more. I will never give you my money or time again. Store owner clean house.

We have had 2 absolutely terrible experiences with the team here. Phones don’t get answered and customers that walk in get ignored. The owner/manager clearly is in over their head. Love Papa John’s, but never this store again.

When ordering from a food delivery service, please have the pizza box more secured. Tape or anything, my box came not secured. The driver could easily get to the food itself. That’s not safe. And I’m missing a topping. The pizza ordered only has 2 toppings.. and one is missing. Terrible

The pizza I purchased was the Shaq Pepperoni. I added bell pepper and Italian sausage..when I got it home..I was pissed..the pizza only had a sprinkle of bell pepper and I couldn’t even see the Italian sausage. They were so lazy that they didn’t even cut the pizza slices appropriately..

Walked in and ordered for takeout. I haven’t had papa John in years. After eating my pizza, I realized why. It’s was undercooked’ even though I waited for over 30 min in a non busy empty store. The pizza had no flavor’ its was bland’ the extra cheese I had received wasn’t extra. Just minimal. I’ve had frozen pizzas that tasted better. Next was the chicken wings. After one bite of the spongey moosh meat ‘ it went straight to the trash with my undercooked doughy pizza. So why did I give a Two star rating? Because my 20z Pepsi was great, it was cold ‘ the bottle cap worked and the soda tasted great! Somebody at Pepsi co cared about their product unlike Pooping John’s pizza.
