Love the cafe, love the products but I do have a complaint that hopefully can be fixed. I order the açaí bowls often, and the most recent times they have come pretty frozen, usually not too bad. However today my bowl was extremely frozen, almost freezer burned I think. Waiting for it to de thaw isn’t doing much and is making a puddle for what is being de thawed. I’m upset because these are my favorite treats but I lately it’s just been getting harder to eat with how frozen they are. I hope that the staff can figure out a way for the bowls to be normal again. I know they come pre frozen but this one is ridiculous. I hope they can fix the problem so I can keep ordering my delicious bowls. I will give props to the staff, this location seems to have the happiest employees compared to the rest. Thank you

Avoid this location. I had a diabetic emergency inside the store and told the cashier I needed sugar to stop a seizure. She ignored me for 15 minutes while I was physically freezing up. They also took my money for food they never gave me. They are hiding their store number on receipts to avoid corporate reports. Absolute disregard for human life. Other reviews are accurate. Store GA103 is terrible.

Great corner and convenient location. It’s in the same shopping business center with many great businesses. After a tensed workout of Crunch or St. Mark masses i come here for the tropical refreshing smoothie. Price is attempted and attractive, half price smoothie with added sandwiches. Many activities and shopping around this business center like a barn noble behind, a lavish luxury nail salon, down shoes, a corner Starbucks and great big St. Mark church, a hobby lobby, etc.

Food was fine. It was just really really unprofessional in there. I wanted to just stop by and eat real quick, not listen to an employee curse and make fun of customers after they left. Making fun of a woman who ordered at the wrong the location and then laughing at another woman the way she came in the store. At least wait until your store doesn’t have any customers inside geez. Seems to be a trend here on the service.. I highly recommend going to another tropical smoothie.

The service I rate it 1 star because it was slow slow to put an order together. He wanted to give me a bowl that had been previously made but probably returned. I was confused on why he didn’t want to make my bowl as requested. He finally got the memo that I payed for what i ordered so he grunted and proceeded to make my bowl. The man working there was scratching his head and touching his head with the gloves and proceeded to touch the fruit like that multiple times on customer orders . That’s super unsanitary and his attitude was pretty much “I don’t want to be here.” Will not be coming back to this location.

I stop by here regularly in the mornings, usually not too long after opening.
The gentleman who is the only one working always has my order ready quickly and is very polite.
Here is the big big negative about this place….it smells SO SO SO foul in the mornings. Like, stagnant sewage smell. I’m sure it’s because everything has been off overnight but it’s almost so foul that I consider not coming here. I’ve been there later in the day and it doesn’t smell nearly as bad.
I’ve also noticed that the closing staff doesn’t clean the lobby. This morning there was all sorts of food and paper waste littering the tables and floors.
So management needs to get with the closing staff to properly clean the place before leaving, and not leaving it to the lone opener to clean up for them.
Appearance is a large part of the experience and it’s lacking.

I was hoping not to have to make this review. The franchisee/owner (Jesse) made it seem as if he was cooperative with resolving my disgusting situation but he was not.
They got my order wrong, messed around with it and touched it with their bare hands while touching everything else including their body parts. They served me the exact same meal that they had already made incorrectly and messed over while pretending to have made a new one. The reason i know it was the same order is because i watched where it was sitting the entire time and they blocked my view when packaging it and when they gave me the bag, it was the same sandwich that i had given them back as well as the sandwich that i had been watching was no longer sitting there. They refused to give me a refund. The owner gave me a free smoothie card and told me I could use it anywhere despite several locations telling me that I couldn’t use it bc it was only for the locations on the card. I asked him about it specifically and he told me I could use them anywhere only to not be able to use them anywhere but his location that I refuse to go back to. He then got an attitude when I called him back to ask for my refund again bc I couldn’t use the cards anywhere. I would not visit this location EVER again. On top of all of this, they were not very clean as it relates to the staff. Scratching everywhere, doing/touching other things and then still touching people’s food orders without any gloves.

Please never visit this store. The employees are highly unprofessional and mean. Don’t know what is customer service. Making fun of the customers and laughing at them is what they do at the store.The same thing is experienced by Danie Lee a customer in the former comments 2 months ago .We were ordering and asked a simple question abt the sugar content in the smoothie and they started laughing. When we said we will complain abt this the male employee started taking pictures of our car with me and my husband in the car. Looked as if he will hit us. We need to accelerate the matter and take it to senior authorities. Please request to everyone don’t go there . They bully customers.

D’Andre is literally THE BEST, this is our third time coming and our second encounter with him and it has ALWAYS been wonderful!!! The second time we came it was very unpleasant and we didn’t even get what we came for. I know I can always count on D’Andre to make our experience great and honestly he’s why we keep coming back!

I feel bad for the guy who works mornings. His manager is never there to help him, and he’s been by himself the last 4 times I’ve been in. He handles the stress well and still makes everything perfectly, but this results in really long wait times to get your order. Please hire/schedule someone to help this guy out.
