Hi Sushi & Grill

What a gem this place was. Stopped in for a quick lunch and it turned into a very pleasant experience. My son and I had the sushi bowl and chose the Godzilla and Rainbow rolls. All were excellent choices and I wouldn’t hesitate to order anything from the menu. The price reflects the quality of the food so no problems there. We both left satisfied and happy.

This is my second time coming here and I will say this is one of the best sushi spots I’ve been to!!!

Every time I go, sushi is always fresh, atmosphere is amazing and staff is always patient and Friendly.

I see some bad reviews about wait time but honestly, I don’t mind to wait for quality food.

The inside is clean, organized and honestly I have nothing to Complain about!!

I’ve come again for the Las Vegas rolls and they hit every time always fresh, always delicious.

I ran out of rice at home & was really craving fried rice. I haven’t found a good hibachi lunch place anywhere (only sit down dinners usually) – until now! I got the “side” Chicken hibachi, yum yum sauce, & a miso soup. At this point I was pretty hungry, so I was just hoping the food was decent. I sent a photo to my husband complimenting the food, delicious & a huge portion that included enough chicken, great ratio to the rice, & especially for the price! 😉 It was my first time & I will be back & tell my friends. OK, wasn’t sure what to expect, but since I noticed it had a 4.8 out of five stars here, I convinced my wife to try the teriyaki bowl since she loves teriyaki. I went to pick it up and decided on mine when I got there. Very clean and quaint, not very busy, and still very friendly. I ended up getting the chicken hibachi combo, and it was absolutely delicious !! My wife loved the teriyaki bowl, but it needed more teriyaki sauce. I ate all mine, and here I am three hours later and I’m still stuffed. I’m not overly impressed very often, and if you look at my other reviews, you will see that I have no problems giving bad reviews where they’re deserved and good reviews where they are well earned, but I’m quite impressed with this little hidden secret. I may just end up pulling a Sheldon Cooper, and make this place my Thursday night “Hi Sushi night”. My wife can’t stand sushi, but gave me permission to go here at lunchtime anytime I want

From the parking lot you will see chairs with big smiles on the backs and by the time you leave you’ll have one as well! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming; The staff had exceptional service and attention to detail while maintaining a clean and pleasant restaurant.

The food was beautifully crafted and made with care, love and pride. Whether you have two people or 10 there is no doubt that you will leave full and excited to return!

This restaurant has delicious food and generous portions. I am actually pretty shocked at how great the fried rice and noodles are for the affordable price they are sold at. The ingredients taste fresh and it is genuinely great food. The service is excellent as well.

We are big fans of Hi Sushi in Landen Square. Yuna always greets us with a glowing smile and welcomes us. Yuna runs the front of the house and her husband Weezy is the master sushi chef. They are a terrific combo and have a gift for hospitality and outstanding dishes. The photos are of a Dragon Roll and the other is a Dynamite Roll- meticulously crafted and mouth watering. I usually opt for the Hibachi selections which come with a large portion of brown rice, noodles and incredible grilled fresh vegetables. This is a hidden gem and we have become regulars! They have great TV screens as well with amazing cooking videos.

Ordered online for carryout. Last time we ordered carryout from here we arrived at the time they told us it would be ready and the food was cold. This time they said 35 minutes so we arrived after about 20 minutes. Someone waiting for a Door Dash order said they had been waiting over 20 minutes and the food still wasn’t ready. We waited and waited. Someone else came in and said she had placed her order 10 minutes before us and she was waiting with us. We watched people come in for dine in right after we got there get seated, get served sushi, and get served entrees while we were still waiting for our carryout order. After about 30 minutes waiting we asked how much longer as we had things to do. They said 5 minutes. It was then only about 5 more minutes, but by that time it had been 50 minutes since we placed our order and an hour since the other lady waiting had placed hers. They did apologize and gave us 2 free Cokes with our order. It appeared there were only 2 people working for the kitchen and dine in/carryout orders. The food was good, but not sure we will be back any time soon.

I ordered from DoorDash with high expectations based on the positive reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. The portions were generous, and the food was flavorful. The Chicken/Shrimp, along with the noodles and rice, were delicious. The Dynamite sushi was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the crisp texture of the Gyoza.
