Definitely recommend to vegetarians! So many choices at a cute place in downtown Paso.

First off – I was lowkey confused where it was because we followed directions for Ziggy’s on the gps and I couldn’t find it. Turns out – it’s a shared joint with Sylvester’s Burgers.

Second – the food was so freaking tasty. Some vegan spots may not have variety in flavor but the sauces Ziggy has, is super delish!

What I had – the Cali burrito (small – $9.95). I asked instead of the grilled beyond steak, if there was a substitute similar to a black bean patty and the woman who helped me (didn’t get her name but super friendly!), gave me the rec of substituting it with their Ziggy patty. And y’all…it was so on point! Their Ziggy patty is made from black&pinto beans, carrots, corn, bell pepper & spices. Along with that, theres a bunch of ingredients & this mouth watering habanero creama

Seating – enough seating for 10 people inside and 2 outside. It is quaint & they have a restroom.

Overall, this may be my spot I visit anytime I’m near/in the area!

I’m on a roadtrip and this is the best food I’ve had my entire trip! I wish there was a seasonal specials board, I only knew about the Shamrock Shake because of Instagram. The large burrito was soo tiny in my opinion. I also got what looked like a beard hair in my water while using the water dispenser an honest mistake I’m sure, but I really couldn’t give 5 stars because of it lol

Great place for great vegan choices! It’s a very small restaurant, more geared towards takeout than any kind of dine in experience. Their bean based burger is good, but I found the consistency a bit challenging, coming from being used to something like the Ultimate patty (also available at an extra cost). Flavor wise, all good. Fries were great and the avocado tacos are excellent! Highly recommend.

Loved this place for a quick vegan bite. Absolutely delicious cali tacos and burritos, topped with a yummy ginger lemonade. The place also has regular meat based food, but the vegan food is made in a separate fryer/grill. And Zack was so hospitable, refilling our drinks and taking extra orders. Hands down a great casual lunch option in Paso!

The food and service was excellent.

We ordered the cauli bowl with chick n patty loved it that we ordered another

And the Ziggy burger was the best! We got the dirty fries which was again so yummy.

To end this we also had the vanilla softee with strawberry and chocolate drizzle

Natalie helped our big group, ensured kids were entertained with coloring. And helped us with some car charging instructions.

Delicious!! One of the best vegan shakes I’ve ever had. They’re soy milk based but you cannot taste it! We tried a burger and “Crunchwrap” and both were fantastic. We both opted for the homemade vegan patty and loved it. I hope to come back and try more! Tip: It’s inside Sylvester’s

100% vegan restaurant. We always love coming here! I tried something new every time, but it’s hard not to get the thing you loved last time. Definitely a delicious vegan guilty pleasure. Overall a bit pricey but it’s a very special treat. Not offered elsewhere. I especially love their vegan soft serve cones! They are definitely a to-go style place, very limited seating in their SLO location, a few more table options to dine-in at their Paso location. But all food is served in to-go containers, which I don’t love if you are in fact dining in. Not a fan of wasted packaging.

Vegan burgers were good. You can substitute Ziggy patty with Impossible patty if need be. Ziggy patty was more flavorful IMO. Ratchet fries comes with ground impossible patty as well. Highly recommend.

2023: Stopped in for some veggie tacos and we were not disappointed! Good people, good food! Everyone behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. The crunchiness and the creaminess of the avocado taco was a great combination!

2024: returned to Ziggy’s a year later, very happy with our meal, two plant-based burgers and yummy crunchy tater tots!
