

Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine list accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team. The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available. For special events, Ember features a Private VIP Dining Room accommodating up to 24 guests.

Service is where they truly shine – AGM Kyle DeWitte and our server Chris Blazier made us feel like VIPs… polished, knowledgeable and every detail handled with care. We highly recommend!
Amish chicken as well. All this for 160. Plus, take home leftovers. Needless to say, we will absolutely return, and soon! Such an enjoyable dinner, thank you.

After wonderful appetizers we moved onto entrees, two bison tenderloins and two sea basses. Accompanied by the lobster risotto (good chunks of lobster, very flavorful), asparagus and the bacon Brussels sprouts. 10/10.
Dessert were two complimentary birthday mousses and a wonderful cheese-infused custard crème brûlée with blueberry.
And after all that, we got a complimentary bite to send home – a raspberry infused carrot cake bite! Stuffed!!
Service was responsive, friendly and prompt. 10/10!
Must try. A bit out of the way but these guys really are shooting for a premium experience.
Brett is one of the The Embers managers. He remembers us everytime we visit. He is on point with customer service and visits every table, even when it is busy. Did I mention how well-dressed this person is???
Now the food…
We love this place! Have NEVER EVER had a disappointing meal here. My favorite is the veal milano. While my dinner guests enjoy the 20 oz bone-in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. The chef here really knows what he is doing.
Try the seafood tower. What a variety of ocean treasures. The oysters right now are delectable! The Waygu meatball appetizer served atop of polenta is very savory. As far as sides go, I highly recommend the acorn squash and roasted Brussel sprouts. We tried the mac and cheese infused with short-ribs last night and we were not disappointed whatsoever.
It is a breath of fresh air to have the level of customer service the team at The Embers provides to each patron that comes in. Give them a try if you haven’t yet.
