Made a reservation for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Had a late lunch so we only ordered appetizers and dessert. It was excellent! They went over the top and everything was wonderful.

From our 7pm reservation to the final bite of dessert, Ember was flawless. The atmosphere is beautiful with soft lighting and live background music. The Filet Mignon was perfectly prepared, and the wine list is extensive.

Service is where they truly shine – AGM Kyle DeWitte and our server Chris Blazier made us feel like VIPs… polished, knowledgeable and every detail handled with care. We highly recommend!

My wife and I decided to go and play at the casino at first. Around 730pm, we wanted dinner, Ember looked nice and not too terribly busy. I am so happy we went there. From the start, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. We had a great table and wonderful service. The food! WOW! For starters, we split the wedge salad and crab cakes. Blue cheese dressing was 5 star. Crabcakes were definitely the real deal, phenomenal. We noticed that a lot of folks did order them, so there’s that. Entrees ordered; NY strip and baked potato and the Amish chicken. The Prime Select Cut of Beef was absolutely on point, I asked for a med– cook on it. And that’s what I received. Potato was huge and overloaded. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the
Amish chicken as well. All this for 160. Plus, take home leftovers. Needless to say, we will absolutely return, and soon! Such an enjoyable dinner, thank you.

We’ve been here to dine on a few occasions. Once for my birthday and once for our Anniversary. Tonight was just a surprise date for me! Like both times before, Ember didn’t disappoint. Our server, Alyssa was excellent. Very attentive and a great personalty.
We don’t make it here often, but we’re always glad when we have the opportunity.

My husband ordered the pork chops which was recommended by the waiter. They were super tough. The broccolini was burnt and the scalloped potatoes were not cooked all the way through. My seabass lacked flavor and so did my asparagus. Definitely not going back. But they did apologize and gave us credit for most are dinner. We left
hungry and very disappointed.It was our date night.

The service by frenchie was excellent. It was our anniversary so that served us champaign along with a vertical tasty dessert. The filet was good. (It could of been hotter) the sides of whipped potatoes and wedge salad was very good

We had a birthday celebration last night at Embers. Four of us. Booked on OpenTable, arrived on time and seated quickly, these guys are working hard to give an upscale experience. It started with an Amuse Bouché with fresh fish, and we ordered a seafood tower. Crab, huge prawns, oysters, mussels, fresh tuna and salmon. Fresh and good. We also ordered a spring salad, great balance of flavor. Served us bread with individual dishes of lemon-infused soft butter. Bread was an assortment of homemade focaccia (fantastic), rye, and other fresh breads.

After wonderful appetizers we moved onto entrees, two bison tenderloins and two sea basses. Accompanied by the lobster risotto (good chunks of lobster, very flavorful), asparagus and the bacon Brussels sprouts. 10/10.

Dessert were two complimentary birthday mousses and a wonderful cheese-infused custard crème brûlée with blueberry.

And after all that, we got a complimentary bite to send home – a raspberry infused carrot cake bite! Stuffed!!

Service was responsive, friendly and prompt. 10/10!

Must try. A bit out of the way but these guys really are shooting for a premium experience.

1st time trying Ember, this restaurant didn’t disappoint at all. Yes it’s pricey but well worth it. Atmosphere was great, smells coming out of kitchen were amazing, staff and management very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was to die for, cleanest oysters on half shell we’ve had anywhere. 8oz venison steak, lobster tail and wagu beef cheek was perfecto! I would definitely come back and celebrate another mile stone with Ember! Thank you Ryan you were the best server we’ve ever had!

Jean aka “Frenchie” is one of THE most personable servers you will ever have the pleasure of meeting with. He knows both the food and wine menu from cover to cover. He makes excellent suggestions based on your palate profile that you offer him. Cannot say enough about this kind and funny individual.

Brett is one of the The Embers managers. He remembers us everytime we visit. He is on point with customer service and visits every table, even when it is busy. Did I mention how well-dressed this person is???

Now the food…

We love this place! Have NEVER EVER had a disappointing meal here. My favorite is the veal milano. While my dinner guests enjoy the 20 oz bone-in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. The chef here really knows what he is doing.

Try the seafood tower. What a variety of ocean treasures. The oysters right now are delectable! The Waygu meatball appetizer served atop of polenta is very savory. As far as sides go, I highly recommend the acorn squash and roasted Brussel sprouts. We tried the mac and cheese infused with short-ribs last night and we were not disappointed whatsoever.

It is a breath of fresh air to have the level of customer service the team at The Embers provides to each patron that comes in. Give them a try if you haven’t yet.
