For sweet treats, Andy’s is best we’ve found – our go-to for at least one visit, maybe two. Our fave is the triple chocolate concrete. Try the small or regular first, they’re pretty intense. This is the new location on the Parkway, much, much easier to get to than the one in Sevierville. Plenty of parking, easy access.

Wasn’t told until after I paid that this company won’t put non custard ice cream in a waffle cone. I never herd of such a crazy thing. They gave me finally a plastic cup of something that didnt looked like nothing I have ever seen !!!! So another guy i assume was in charge. He told me he could put it in a plastic cup and get a waffle cone and assemble it myself!!! How insane is that??? I said ok. And walked over and threw it out. The ice-cream didnt taste like any mint chocolate chip i ever had!!!! Sub-par tast and an terrible end to a great day. If I know i would of gotten a chocolate waffle cone!!! How easy would that transaction be!!!! Tourists have no idea your shop has crazy rules!!!!
