Had their beef stew with noodles that were suggested by another reviewer and can say that it is just as good as they say, I personally dont like tendon so I didn’t eat that however the brisket was tender. Soup base wasnt heavy or overly salted. We were seated immediately on a Sunday at noon. My buddy also got their fish curry over rice and the portions were big. Highly recommend.

The medium beef pho portion was good with a lot of noodles. Pork banh mi was my favorite. Pork was flavorful and juicy.
Fresh rolls were good, but the ratio of noodles seemed to be a lot! Peanut sauce dip was thick and flavorful.

Ribs & Broth is hands down the best pho place I have had so far. First of all, this is the only place that has beef stew which is my favorite. Other pho places I have tried they don’t offer beef stew. The stew was so flavorful, hot, and had plenty of tender meat. The bread was warm, crispy, and soft. My husband got the steak and brisket pho he couldn’t stop eating not stop eating it because it was so Ono! The restaurant is always nice and clean and the service is always great. If you are in Wahiawa come and give Ribs & Broth a try you won’t be disappointed ❤️

We were heading back to town from NS and decided to get dinner to go from this place since it had great reviews. Unfortunately we didn’t like anything that we ordered. The tamarind ribs had a good sauce but they weren’t tender. The crab wontons had a lot of cream cheese, barely tasted the crab. Spring rolls were underwhelming. Lemongrass chicken vermicelli was underwhelming.

We ordered the #29 (Beef Rib Bone Soup) and #28 (COMBO Pho Dac Biet). The restaurant was very clean, organized, and looked good. Music was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, courteous and nice.

Ok for the Pho:
1. Came out pretty fast.
2. Piping hot
3. Plenty of meat. Big pieces of Beef Ribs (two)
4. Noodles, decent amount. My wife ate a large, normally only eats mediums. Good texture.
5. Now only complaint is the broth was very bland! Little salty, but no beefy flavor. Too bad. I was hoping this would be awesome Pho.
6. Pricey. $24 for the #29 and $18.25 for the #28

I don’t eat Pho, but I was told this place is probably one of the best.

Didn’t order pho, but the rest of the food that was ordered, was pretty good.

I wanna give it 4.5 stars for a couple of dishes, but alas it’s not possible. So 5 it is.

The garlic fried rice and the gyoza was alright, the flavor wasn’t my preference, the textures were really good though, so that was ok.

The summer rolls were kinda super sticky, but still tastes good. Lol. Just hard to pull apart. Don’t know if it was the humidity, but was sticky. Lol.

The spring rolls were awesome, bbq beef awesome, noodles awesome.

The steak was phenomenal. Soft, easy to chew, so flavorful, cooked perfect.

Tea was also very tasty.

They need to move themselves closer to town, keep the same chef, and make bank.

Only because they’re so out of the way, but honestly it’s probably worth the drive, for the food and service. The ladies there were very kind and very attentive.

Great experience, wish I enjoyed pho.

DAMN THIS PLACE IS GOOD.
When I say we eat a lot of pho, I mean a lot. We had the gyoza which was nicely filled and fresh – definitely not overcooked. Good size pieces.
We also had the tempura and it was fantastic. The shrimp was tender. The tempura coating was very fresh and the key here was that it wasn’t overly battered. Crispy, crunchy, tasty, fresh.
For soup we ordered the wonton soup with added steak slices and the pho combo. Broth was very flavorful in both. All the ingredients were fresh and tender. Wonton soup was loaded.
Service was friendly and fast. Restaurant super clean. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend

LOVE!! LOVE!! LOVE!

This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten here and my rating, on this place, is long overdue. I absolutely LOVE their food. If it doesn’t taste amazing to you, then you must be eating it wrong. Yes… There are certain ways to eating certain foods.
The spring rolls are a MUST-HAVE every time we order from here; and we usually order pho, as well, but today we wanted to try their Lemongrass Chicken and Pork Katsu. They did not disappoint.

We love the Lemongrass Chicken and my picky eater (7 year old daughter) loves their pork Katsu. EVERYONE was well fed. THANK YOU!

P.S. I’m sorry about the photos. ALL dishes were partially eaten. I meant to take a pic before we dug in, but I completely forgot. Also, review is based off of Chamorro/Carolinian taste buds.

If you can make it to Wahiawa then go here! The fried rice is now my favorite on the island! The staff was so sweet and generous and kind. The phó had plenty of flavor and noodles lol and you have about 80 menu items to choose from, a great selection! Go with family or friends or order take out, but go!
