Great sushi spot! We ordered four different rolls and were honestly surprised by the size — they are much bigger than usual. Two or three rolls would easily be enough for a full meal.
Another thing we really liked is that the rolls have very little rice, so you can actually taste the fish and ingredients instead of just rice. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made.
Friendly service, nice atmosphere, and generous portions. Definitely coming back!

Soooooo yummy! Been meaning to go there for a while and finally made it. It was well worth the wait. The beef short rib is amazing. The sushi burger was very unique and tasty. Ohhh n don’t get me started on the Ramen.. I’m counting down to go back for more!

decided to try out this hidden gem on for lunch today (wednesday). super cute and cozy inside. not busy at all during this time, only us and another patron. ordered blue fin toro takaki, the hamachi kama, salmon avo roll, eel avo roll, and short rib bento box. the hamachi kama was the show stealer. one of the best we’ve ever had — super crunchy skin, meat still juicy. will be dreaming of this to be honest. the bento box was huge! came with about 8 pieces of short rib (super tender and juicy), salad, gyoza, four pieces of california roll, and rice. the rolls were standard, but delicious as well. waitress was extremely sweet and she was super attentive. will 100% recommend and come back again (especially for that hamachi kama… haha!)

I had an excellent experience at Ginza Sushi and Ramen. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — especially the sushi and ramen, which tasted authentic and perfectly balanced. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt clean, cozy, and welcoming.

Had a good time for the first time going out in months to eat at a restaurant. Can say that the out of the 6things that were ordered 5 out of the 6 were definitely delicious enough that i would come back to order more. Highly recommend the food.

I enjoy having lunch in Ginza at noon, the oysters and sashimi are very fresh. I recommend everyone to try these two. The sea urchin is also very fresh and very tender and delicious. In addition, I think oyster and uni is served with a little bit of the sriracha hot sauce on the top. My husband can’t eat any spicy, we ask to not add it. The guy who helps us to order was very nice and patient!

The twin salmon roll and white tuna rolls literally melted in my mouth. The saba (makerel) sashimi was okay but the oyster uni spoon was perfectly creamy and delicious!
The hostess and server was super sweet and knew the menu. Polite and courteous. Also adored the kitchy Japanese anime soundtracks playing lightly in the background.

Came here last Friday with my hubby and friend for dinner. We had the raw oysters, the oyster with uni, hamachi Kama, sashimi for 2 rolls which I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy stuffing my face with the appetizer. If you in the neighborhood and want to grab some sushi this is the place to stop by. The price is reasonable for the portion you get.
