I like this location because the customer service is great. The food is good, too, but watch out for the expiration dates on the ham and turkey slices. The turkey I picked up today expires in two days. The ham expires in five days. Five is reasonable, two is not. I wish had seen that before I left the store.

This Mt Juliet location was the MVP OF THANKSGIVING DINNER 2024! After driving to Brentwood location waiting on line 30 minutes, to get to next person service in line,to be told the aren’t taking anymore walk-ins(Im next in line)! Then driving to West End location and being meet at the door,with NO WALK-INS! CALLING Goodlettsville also NO WALK-INS!Something told me to check yalls location,TOUCHDOWN. I spent more time driving to location than I did in location! YOU GUYS SAVED THANKSGIVING DINNER! YOU GUYS ROCK!

My husband and I went to purchase a boneless pre-sliced ham for Thanksgiving which was pretty good. We paid around $56 for it. While there, I also tried their Turkey Pot Pie, but it wasn’t that good to me. It was very bland and lacked flavor. However, I would go back to purchase another ham.

I have been here twice to eat lunch. The first time I ordered sliders to go and they were delicious. The second time I ordered a chicken salad sandwich meal and had broccoli salad as a side choice. I was pleasantly suprised they served the chicken salad on a croissant. The counter staff were nice and pleasant. The girl was new at the register, but that didn’t cause a problem, just patience. I will definitely be stopping by to try other sandwiches in the future.

I went there twice before Thanksgiving. It’s nice to have them in Mt. Juliet. The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. The slider tray was a big hit for my family. They are good as an individual snack between meals.

Buyer Beware!! Today they sold me a package of the sliced turkey that expired today!! Said it was good for 3 days past expiration. Like I’m going to eat a pound of sliced turkey in 3 days!! Disappointing!

So happy that there is now a HBH location in MJ! Dine-in service is great (so glad they have fountain drinks unlike other locations in the area). We also did a Holiday Meal order for Thanksgiving which was an awesome deal!
