This isn’t poor service; it’s deception and theft under the guise of a restaurant. Dickey’s corporate should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place. If you value honesty, decency, or your hard-earned money, do not order from this location. You’ll get nothing but frustration and a lighter wallet.
Ordered online via their website 9/2, order supposed to be ready 2:30 PM. I go in, location isn’t open. This one is located inside of a grocery store. The single employee there said they were closed because they had to have a day off, and I get it; however, the website needs to be corrected so orders cannot be placed when the business is closed and if there is not enough staff hired to operate the store. He took a picture of my email/order number and reassured me they’d process my refund the next day, and I have not gotten my money back. Even if the employees came in and reviewed their online orders in some type of production suite or their computer and realized something was wrong? Still hasn’t been processed. I have tried to call corporate. I have attempted to email corporate more than once at their retail, public relations, and guestexperience email addresses. It’s been almost a week and I want my money back. EXTREMELY disappointed because I was visiting from out of town and we don’t have Dickey’s back home, and then I was out money for a lunch and hungry while starting to drive home.
I understand that humans drop the ball at times and mistakes happen. I do not understand why they will not return my phone call.
I placed a order Saturday Dec 14th for pickup. When I arrived at the Dickeys spot in the back of the grocery store (SMH) there was no there and it looked abandoned. The grocery store manager didn’t know anything but they was no one there and no phone number to call locally to see what is going on with me order or my money that you all took through the app. I am a big fan but this experience is ABSOLUTELY WRONG. So I showed up today Sunday Dec 15th at 11:00 AM when it’s says the store is open and still no one is here. To make a long story short I would like either a FULL REFUND or my order sent to a close store to the location that actually care about the Dickeys brand since the East Point is poorly representing you all. And they need a better location or just close this one down completely and take it off the app entirely.
