Typical chipotle experience but they really skimped on the guacamole compared to other chipotle restaurants. I even called them out for it but they refused to give me the slightest bit more without charging me double. I recommend any other location in Colorado Springs since they aren’t trying to be so cheap with their ingredients. I’ve been a loyal chipotle customer since the 90s.

I love how this place is so close to me. The food and service is absolutely on point. The only critique I have is maybe they could be a little quicker when the line gets a little packed and to make sure they get your points when you scan.

I believe this is a fairly new Chipotle and it was my fist time dining at this location. The staff was friendly, but slightly awkward. The food was generally fresh and tasty as usual for Chipotle. My biggest concern, by far, was the condition of the dining area. All of the available tables were quite messy, and the floor was not clean in multiple places. This is inexcusable. It was literally disgusting and didn’t feel hygienic at all. Someone needs to be assigned to check and clean the eating area on a regular basis!

Food was amazing. I’m a Chipotle fan but I know quality can vary. Despite all the proteins being at the bottom of the bins, there was still enough and the food was delicious. Server was very friendly, the cashier was indifferent. Great first order at the new Chipotle on Spectrum Loop.

1/21/26 update: I walked in around 7:30pm and ended up just standing there for 10 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. Made eye contact with the other slack jawed looking cooks and they just stared at me. Very odd experience. There were 2 girls in front of me who were taking a while, or maybe just having a conversation with the 1 single male employee actually doing any work.
After a while of waiting, not knowing what’s going on, I looked at the meat, to see if it was even worth it. It looked dry, old, scrawny, and overall didn’t look worth it.
It was only at this point that the food line employee said “what’s going on mayne”. At this point I was so fed up that I just left. On my way out, I saw the employee loudly commenting and gesturing towards me.
I’m appalled that Chipotle would hire people like this. What a confusing experience. 0/5
