I recently had to do a round-trip Cheyenne to Gillette and Gillette to Cheyenne road trip. This was a long and monotonous drive, and of course, during long drives, you always gotta stop off at a place to use the restroom. On the return trip back to Cheyenne, I stopped here, and I’m glad I did. It’s such a cool gas station/ mart. Really really neat place. They sell an assortment of stuff. I especially loved all the local stuff they sold like the different types of chile, salsa, jams, and BBQ sauces. They also have bakery items like donuts and big cinnamon rolls. Even though i didn’t buy an, i did think their pizza looked good that they made from their little cafe that was there. Lots of Wyoming souvenirs and western items as well. I was that impressed with everything they sold that after I walked out, I walked back in after less than a minute to make sure I didn’t want anything else and to also give everything a look over again. This place came really close to getting a five-star rating from me. It was definitely a 4.75 rating. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 was the customer service. It wasn’t too bad, but they could have been a tad more friendly. The cashier I talked to just didn’t really feel like she wanted to be there. Overall, though, it was a really good visit. I can’t wait to stop here again and buy more local goods.

Would give this store 0 stars if I could. The guy behind the counter at the deli was so rude talking on the phone talking about us being in our Maverik uniforms and looking at the product. We were paying customers just like everyone else getting snacks for our trip home and got gas. Ridiculous definitely won’t be back and don’t go there if you wear a uniform for any place else or else you’ll upset the workers.

Grasslands is a nice central stop in Douglas. Not a ton of truck parking space. And hours of operation are not the best for us oilfield folk. But has good food and reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms are always a plus.

For a “gas station” it has great made to order food and already prepared food. Has many Wyoming made gifts and treats. I always stop in when traveling by

This use to be my favorite spot to get wings! They use to be big and two dozen fit in two containers, today I got two dozen in one container and they were dry! I hope they go back to the way they use to be!

This is classified as an American restaurant and the menu reads as a restaurant but it is a gas station with prepared sandwiches in a heating box. The sandwiches were probably prepared early in the morning. The biscuit was dry food tasted as you expect after sitting under a heat lamp for hours. What a disappointment.

Be careful. It seems there aren’t a false advertising when you look at the chicken wings. It says total price $1.69 and then they charge you six times at cause you’re six wings Even though it says total Price and not each. That’s definitely a case of bait and switch, Plus false advertising. Not mention, they had gambling in there without a gambling license so they removed all the machines out of the liquor store.
