Bartender seemed bothered I was there. Ordered a corona $4 (no lime) I tipped $2 no where to sit bar was taken up by paperwork and bartenders lunch… played slots for a bit then just sat there on my phone with my beer then I was told if I’m not plying can I get up … I left. Would have had another beer , tipped again … won’t be back.. weird vibes

Monica doesn’t do her job properly. She discriminates who she lets in the establishment when she’s working. All she does is watch movies and yarning while she’s working. She’s also mistreated other customers at this establishment. I bought up the concerns with management and all they did was give her a warning. Shes costing this place business cause the the other clerks who work here do an amazing job , it’s only her that causes issues out of nothing. She even closed this place earlier than it’s was supposed to be and shuts off the lights when she feels like it, takes extensive breaks leaving the place and it’s customers to figure out how to enter. I do want to request to speak to the owner about her as well.

I love it! Today was my first time going. It was small and quiet. The hostess there was very friendly – I’m so sorry that I forgot her name. She wiped down each machine after someone had played on it. There were mints and tissues at each station. Also, I won a little bit! I would definitely recommend this spot for a little fun and relaxation! I will be going back!

Catie’s in North Riverside is a very relaxing gaming place. Employees are friendly and very helpful. I have always felt welcomed by the employees and other customers. Sometimes it’s like talking and laughing with a bunch of old friends. The place has always been clean. Very enjoyable

Of the 15 or 20 little gaming places I’ve been to in the past couple years, this is the first time I’ve ever been to one where I wasn’t even acknowledged by the person working there. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink, she didn’t ask for my ID, and when I did want a Coke, I had to stand there and wait for her to stop having a conversation with her friend with sitting at the counter eating.
The place itself is very nice, the machines are in good condition and don’t take a long time to load games and they have a pretty nice selection of complimentary drinks and snacks. This place could have five stars, if they had an employee who acted like he or she was happy to be there, or happy that her customers were there.

I love coming here after a hard days work, it’s relaxing and i love the beer specials. You can’t go anywhere around here and get a dollar beer and win a jackpot. This is by far the best slot cafe around. Kudos to all the hosts, they are all very attentive and nice to all the customers.
