Visited on a Thursday night, not super packed at all and still waited an hour for our meal. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a cheesesteak (look at pic) the meat was decent but not a cheesesteak in my option. Fries came out cold and wings were dry. On top of that, they forgot a wing. The server was extremely friendly but even not being super packed, she spent more bussing other tables and seemingly getting ready for closing though we came in 3 hours before closing. Will not be choking back to this location.

I usually don’t place reviews, but I had to for this one. My experience here was AMAZING! My servers name was Emily and she was very lively right from the start. We had our drinks within 1 minute, our appetizers were out 3 minutes after we asked for them, and our food was out within 8 minutes. Mind you, Emily had 4 other tables to take care of outside of us and yet she was attentive and very nice the entire time. The food was fresh and the quantities were perfect. I recommend the Ultimate Sampler for anybody that goes to this location. Great job Bdubs! Keep up the good work!

I had lunch here just as they opened for the day. This location was another restaurant that was converted to a BWW. There still needs more decorations, especially some TXST merch. The manager knows this and is working on it, give him some time.
We had great service from Julia I. and a fantastic conversation with Chad, the manager.
If you are traveling to San Marcos for a football game, arrive early, park your car, and literally walk to this fantastic location.
Food was hot and tasty, normal B-Dub food.

Americus is hands down the BEST server at Buffalo Wild Wings in San Marcos. So professional, so sweet, and on top of everything. She had a great attitude, great energy, and made us feel appreciated as guests. If you go there, ask for Americus she really sets the tone!

Oh gosh, where do I start on this one…..we came in for lunch, not busy, maybe 5 tables at various states of either finishing or ordering. 2 different employees came up to the hostess desk dropping off good bags and we weren’t acknowledged….ok fine not their job. Then we sat down and ordered, waitress was obviously new so had to verify a few things, no big deal, got it done, cool. Apps came out and were good and fairly quick, then we finished our first round and apps, never got refills….30 minutes later finally went to the bar ourselves to order a second round, still no food. One entree showed, and wings were cold, set it back, then the other 2 came out with the wrong sauces …..then we found out why we never got refills, our waitress was cooking!!! Not even an apology from management for all the issues. This location unfortunately is run by the same management that killed the last wing place, anchor bar. Stay away and enjoy buffalo wild wings at a competent location.

I’ve been looking forward to eating here for the first time. I was all excited to eat the wings and see how good they are. I’ve been wanting to eat here for a long time. But I hate to say that I was disappointed with the wings. The fries and fried pickles were delicious. I had a Crown and Coke. When I took that first drink I was like it is too sweet. It tasted like Crown Apple . I wanted the Original Crown. And the service was horrible. The waitress didn’t come around that often. But overall I thought it would be better than I expected.

Waited for my food for 30 minutes to come out take out and on top of that I ordered a specific thing and they gave me a whole different order with my name on it so someone in the background is not paying attention to detail to me. it is very important that somebody working in my business pays attention to details. Came here for the cfb national championship game so fairly busy when we visited, but wait times for drinks and food were abysmal. I felt bad for the servers as they seemed very stressed and understaffed. Waited probably 30 minutes for a Bloody Mary if you could even call it that. Another 30 minutes for a chicken wrap that was 80% tortilla and “boneless wings” that tasted like Tyson anytizers that had been left out on the counter for a couple of hours. I did not finish them. Ranch tasted like sour cream. Only positive aspect was the beer. I pity the servers here and will not be back. Do better bdubs.

Americus and Alyssa were amazing! It was Alyssa’s last day of training and you’d never know! They were both kind, attentive, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was good. Great energy and excellent service.
