I stopped in today and was genuinely impressed. The shop was clean. you can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the space clean and welcoming. The young man behind the counter was incredibly friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal. It’s rare to find a place where both the atmosphere and the service are this great. My son loved his turkey leg cookie, and my French toast iced coffee was delicious! Definitely my new go-to spot!

The atmosphere was great and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service. I ordered the cinnamon rolls. Hot, sticky, and delicious. Good portions for the price. The only thing that could make them even better would be the addition of a pecan glaze. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu items!

Loving the specialty coffee drinks for March…the Lucky Charms Iced Coffee was perfection. The breakfast tacos were delicious & there were other sweet treats
that looked tasty too. The Yogi bowls sound amazing & I would love to try one on my next visit. The decor is the cafe is lovely & I especially love the signage throughout. It is spacious with different types of seating from tables to couches. Lovely inside & a wonderful addition to Salem I’m sure all would agree.

A nice small coffee shop, a little louder inside than you would expect with all the people talking, but not necessarily bad. The coffee was OK, the cold foam could have been a little colder. The facility seemed fairly clean and well maintained.

I had the best experience at Grizzly Bean! The service was absolutely amazing — everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The coffee was perfect — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality. And the breakfast sandwich? Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — fresh, perfectly cooked, and so satisfying.
Everything from the atmosphere to the food was just spot on. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee, great food, and even better service!

Absolutely adorable coffee stop. Alice in wonderland themed when we went with matching themed drinks. I got Alice’s Iced coffee which was bramble berry iced coffee with vanilla , oat milk, cinnamon cold foam. The cold foam was blue and the drink was delicious. The girls working were very helpful with answering our questions and making suggestions. Such a cute and quiet little place. They also have breakfast foods, candles, cozies, etc. I highly recommend.

The food was pretty good, but the order came out wrong and the quality was a little low for the price and what you might expect from a local coffee shop, which isn’t really the biggest deal, except that I had to wait a little over 20 mins for the whole order in the drive thru.
The London fog however tasted more like steamed cereal milk than tea, but I haven’t tried any of their coffees.
The service was okay, they seemed very distracted but they were probably very busy or tired so early in the morning.
I would not recommend this for a fast bite and I’m probably never going to go back because of the exorbitant amount of time that it took to get my order in the drive thru window and the low quality of the London fog.
