This is by far THE BEST Cold Stone location ever!!! It is out of our way but we dont care its the only 1 we go to!!! The young kids who wrk there are absolutely fantastic!!!! This place is ran top notch. The young kids have absolutely great work ethic and so friendly and kind. They remember us every time we come back and treat us above and beyond!!! Great job to the owners and parents of these great young people!!!!

I absolutely adore this Cold Stone. Specifically Eden & Cai. I have Celiac disease and I order with an allergy notice and I have never gotten sick at this location. Cai is always so diligent about making my ice cream from a new box and in a separate container with new spoons. Eden is so sweet, today she asked me “have you done anything fun today?” so then we had a great conversation about hockey. Great conversations with people really make me feel better about the world! Thank you, Eden. 🙂

It was clean, not busy and the ice cream scooper was a indifferent. We had to wait till he was done he wouldn’t say to wait a minute, then I asked for a product that I was able to get a single order at a different cold stone and apparently in this location you have to buy all 4. The way he said it he seemed annoyed or bother.i don’t think I’ll be going back to this location I rather drive a bit farther to a location that serves me properly and without feeling like I’m bothering anyone.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and invited to sample some of the delicious ice cream flavors on offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging, striking up conversations with us about our favorite flavors and toppings.
But it was when the staff started
sharing their ice cream tips and tricks that things really got interesting. They showed us how to make the perfect ice cream cone, how to mix and match flavors to create unique combinations, and even shared some fun facts about the history of ice cream.
But the real highlight of the visit was when the staff put on a show for my kids. They flipped and spun the ice cream scoops with expert precision, creating a colorful and delicious spectacle that had my kids wide-eyed with wonder
Overall, our visit to Cold Stone Creamery was a huge success, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make our visit fun, educational, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back and see what new tips, tricks, and surprises they have in store!

We used their catering service for our wedding the beginning of April, and it was everything we could have ever imagined! We were able to choose our own flavors, toppings, and they even mixed on a cold slab right there for us at the venue! All our guests loved how unique the experience was; we even got to mix a bowl ourselves, and I think that was my husband’s favorite part of the night! Wayne worked with me to make sure everything matched exactly what I had in mind and I had nothing to worry about day of. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience! If you have an event you want a unique and fun dessert catered, I absolutely recommend Coldstone’s catering service in Mendoza Heights!

We always enjoy going to Cold Stone for dessert made with the flavors we enjoy the most. The free trials of ice cream and sorbet has helped me enjoy flavors I’d never tried before. The staff here are friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience, even though some customers can be terribly rude to others. It doesn’t diminish the enjoyment of uniquely mixed flavors!
