This rating is solely based on the price and the food. I think the food is a little pricey, the food isn’t bad but’s it’s not the best either. I got the lemon pepper, medium spice level, snow crab and headless shrimp. I do like the claw machine games inside the place though.

My first seafood boil ever and I was beyond satisfied. Seasoned and cooked so well. It also stayed hot until I got back home to Dayton. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and they were patient with me as I took maybe 8 minutes with the menu lol. Good experience, good food. I will go back.

But other than that, they’re giving me old food. It literally takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook a seafood boil. Why are they giving me food from six hours ago? The corn was soggy. The potatoes were mushy. Shrimp was hard. The eggs were overcooked.. take pride in the food you served because this customer is disappearing.. please Cook seafood as the orders come in. or have a standard like hey if it’s an hour old, it’s time to throw away.. I even asked before I came can you cook it Fresh ..they assured me it would be ..totally disappointed.

They will let door dash people come into their restaurant, pick up food without having them physically confirm that it’s there’s or not, allow it to be stolen and then refuse to do anything about it! START MAKING SURE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PICKING UP ORDERS ARE CONFIRMING THOSE ORDERS IN YOUR FACE SO THAT US CUSTOMERS DON’T GET ROBBED OUT OF FOOD AND MONEY!!!!

We utilized doordash to order $100+ worth of food. It smelled extremely spoiled for one of us,while the rest were subjected to spicy meals that were not requested.

I have order my family $76 dollars worth of food and I specifically ask for head off shrimp and they gave me head on , I don’t mind spending money here but I would like my food specifically how I want it and the food was dry and disgusting and they will not even give you your money back or a store credit
