Most amazing Indian buffet in the area! I was looking for an Indian lunch buffet and came across Spice of Bombay. I walked in at 1PM and had an hour of buffet before they were closed. To my surprise, they kept all the food fresh and restocked until the last minute. The place, service, furniture, and utensils gave the feeling of luxury for kings and queens. They installed a brand new system for the buffet line where the stoves/heaters kept the food always hot and fresh. They kept checking the food to make sure everything stayed in top shape. I was surprised that the garlic naan was served fresh at our table whenever we needed more. The mango lassi was amazing and only cost $3.95 for like the whole 20-oz cup. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The money was well spent here (19.99 a person).

The buffet was pretty good. However, some of the dishes such as the butter chicken the meat itself was a bit dry. I noticed that unlike many other buffets naan is given by the server rather than being served on the buffet line itself for freshness. On Sundays, the buffet closes at 3pm instead of 2pm.

I’ve recently taken an interest in trying all my local Indian resturaunts and let me tell you this place did not disappoint! The ambiance was amazing as soon as you step in, and the music was a great addition. I went with some friends and we all loved what we got (chicken tikki masala, butter chicken, and chicken korma, alongside the veggie samosas and garlic naan) We also got to try a dessert it was la mango rice pudding that was also delicioussss, we were all stuffed!!! Our servers were also very attentive and nice. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family! Thank you for the great experience 😉

We drove a bit further to try this place and it was worth it! We got the mango chutney, butter chicken, chicken mango, garlic and cheese naan, and mango lassis. Everything was delicious and the entrees had a deep flavor and were not too spicy. There were many other dishes we want to try and we will definitely be back.

We had a great experience tonight. I ordered the chicken saag and my wife got the butter chicken. It was delicious and the service was excellent, our waiter Sarb took great care of us. Ended the meal with a mango lassi, highly recommend.

We were looking for our new favorite spot for Indian food and I think we found it here! We stopped by for dinner and love the amibance. Looks upscale and clean (including the bathroom!)
We ordered the non-veg dinner for 2 for $55 and it was a steal! We had soup, samosas, with chicken dishes, cauliflower dish, rice, naan, and a dessert. It was more than enough food for me, my husband, and my son. We even had leftovers. Everything we had was delicious and made fresh!
The owner (I believe) came and checked on us and told us to check out the lunch buffet whenever we stop by again, which we definitely will!
This restaurant is halal is well for those that are interested. This place was a hit and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is sooo amazing! Clean, first off. And had beautiful decor and an overall clean, inviting environment. I chose to do the buffet, which did not disappoint. I had never tried Indian food before.. so I was interested in trying out what they had to offer. I tried over half of what they had out, and absolutely loved everything!! I didn’t have one food item that I disliked. It was well priced, and the staff were so friendly. I plan to make this one of my new favorite spots.

My parents love Indian food so my boyfriend and I took them to Spice of Bombay while they were in town for a visit and we had a wonderful time! The food is delicious and the service was very good. We enjoyed apps, multiple entrees, naan, and dessert for a reasonable price. They also offered us free wine because it was Valentine’s Day weekend. Best Indian Food I’ve had since moving to KC.
