Stopped here traveling back to St Louis for a quick bite. It’s not far off of 55 so if you need a delicious bite in the food desert of the area go here. Pizza is delicious and the help is quite helpful and kind. Pizza was perfect and one of better pizzas I’ve ever had. Recommended!

My father and I were traveling through and stop at Gary’s. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. She was helping a table next to us with children and was as sweet as can be to them! The food was fast and sooo good. I really enjoyed it.

Well this is the 4th time we ordered n ate from here. They always mess up our order. This time yes they agreed to remake pizza they messed up on but my hubby had to drive all the way back to town. And the pizza n cheese sticks we had ordered too was cold n not fit to eat by the time my hubby got back home to eat considering it was there mistake for not listening and the price we pay just to eat there is so high. I feel like they should of did more. We wasted gas time not to mention my hubby hasn’t been well n I just had hip surgery. So I hate this place. Im done.

I really hope this is not how Gary wants to be represented the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way though it was soo greasy I couldn’t even pick a piece up I’m not really sure I’d eat there again the lady that took my order was really friendly but other than that I don’t recommend at all unless he get better with the pizza

A local lady reccomend Gary’s and we are glad she did! We ordered the white rooster sub and the spicy sub, both were excellent. The rooster had bacon and was great with the grilled chicken. The spicy sub has pepperoni and salami with ham, the oven toasting left the edges of the meat hanging off the sub crispy like bacon, what a treat! The meaty calzone was huge with lots of meat and Gary seasoned the crust, nice touch. Gary is very outgoing and friendly trully providing top notch food for his customers. He offered calzones previously but took them off the menu because they weren’t up to his standards. Gary spent 28 days perfecting the recipe and the calzones are back on the menu! If you are anywhere near Osceola, eat here and say hi to Gary. If you’re not near here, get near, lol. Gary offers dine in or drive through pick up.

From BRS we took out pizza for lunch. I went to bring the boxes of large pizza. It was crowded. They were prompt and on time on delivering the pizza. The pizza was decent, however, nothing extraordinary or fancy. So, if you are in osceola, ditch the chains and eat pizza here. Although don’t expect any fancy Neapolitan pizza.

This place would’ve gotten 5 stars if the employees were properly trained. U can’t fault the young newly waitress as she did her part but it fell on the kitchen and manager there. We sat down after another family. They ordered before us and we ordered cheese curds wings a med pizza and a mini pizza. Right after we got the cheese curds literally recieved med pizza and few min after the wings. Mind u the family hadn’t even recieved their items yet. Then my husband finished his wings and half pizza and finally 10 min after he finished I finally got my mini pizza that was missing bbq pork. The family got their order minus 2 orders of wings they got after their meal was complete. I spoke with the cook which stated she was waiting on the manager to make more mini pizza crust. Which I explained if u don’t have the order ingredients don’t drop order in oven period u wait for pizza to go out together. I then spoke to the manager there which tried to blame the new waitress, which I told her she was doing her part and can’t be blamed on kitchen stuff. The manager then said I’ll speak to them. No apologies just Blame on employees which the waitress never ever blamed, she just apologized for all of them. Seems like she needed to train the manager in that aspect. In all my years at NPC doing all jobs in restaurant u never tell a customer and blame other staff members… u own the mistakes, make apologies and u check back up on the guests period. All in all, if proper training was established this restaurant will thrive and be great to the community. The waitress young inexperienced but pulled through has patience and will eventually be an awesome server in time. Management should always help where needed and schedule adequate staffing numbers instead of 3 people only on a Sunday. Also to making money u should def train to offer appetizers and desserts. I definitely would’ve ordered dessert but the new waitress was overwhelmed an very busy 7 tables which 2 was parties of 5. I really couldn’t put that on her as I know her situation which is no fault on her but on management.
