Ordered a big dinner box the other night pizza was doughy in the middle, wings had no barely any sauce on them, bread sticks were harder then a rock. Called the manager she agreed to comp the order upon arrival she tells me that she can’t comp it and I owe for the order cause she didn’t know SOP for her restaurant. Very upsetting a mistake they made and nothing was done.

The reason I was displeased with my order is not the fault of the local Pizza Hut, but the fact that the crust recipe seems to have changed and you can no longer choose hut favorite for your crust. I am also highly displeased that sandwiches are being discontinued. In a small town where there are not many restaurant choices it is important to have variety on the menu. I guarantee you will see business fall at this location as these options are taken away. Have heard nothing but negative feedback in the community.

They have a great salad bar, good service, and well kept atmosphere. but 2 nights in a row we went there no later than 7pm and they were alrdy sold out of bread sticks both nights. What we did order was very good, however.

It’s a pizza hut, so it’s about as upfront as it’s going to get. The woman taking my order was prompt and extremely pleasant, made the meal better. It’s pricey for chain pizza, but it’s also one of the only spots to eat at in town.
