I stopped in thinking I would get a couple of donuts or maybe a sandwich, but I was told their full menu was available all day. I chose the specialty fried rice with crawfish, shrimp, chicken, and crab meat. It was amazing! Full of flavor! I also had a Cronut. It was delicious as well.

My son and I went. We were greeted immediately by JOJO and seated. He helped us order and answered any questions. The shrimp fried rice my son got was amazing! I would definitely order again but with extra sauce. The pho was good, but probably not my cup of tea.

You have to try this place!!! All of it was amazing and on the way out the owner’s son gave us some cronuts (crossaint donuts!) for free, such good people!! The new owners took over from their friends that owned Saigon. Their son told us about the transition from the pho Saigon served (a tradition Southern Vietnamese pho with a sweeter broth made with cinnamon and star anise) to A’HAs recipe of traditional Cambodian pho lightly sweetened with cane sugar. I got the chicken pho and my husband got the chicken fried rice. Super delicious!!! 10/10!!!! The pho is some of the best I’ve ever had and the A’HA seafood sauce served on the fried rice is AMAZING (like a spicier yum-yum since). Awesome boba tea as well! Open 7 days a week and they serve breakfast all day.

I have been dying to try A’ha Bistro in Flowood since they purchased the building from Saigon Restaurant. I had high hopes because they had a 4.9 star rating and probably shouldn’t have– Maybe their other dishes or breakfast items rated them a 4.9 but this was not a 4.9 experience.
Anyhow, the service was a 3ish – I had to ask for my Pho trimmings and didn’t know we had to pay up front until we saw other patrons walk up front. They have Pepsi fountain products and they do have bottled Coke products along with other bottled products (because they are also a bakery) in case you need to know these things.
We ordered:
Spring Rolls – They had full-size shrimp which is a positive (usually restaurants cut them in half) and it had some sort of green leaf lettuce and maybe a hint of arugula or something. That’s it. No noodle or any other herbs.
Banh Mi – The meat filling was tasty, the jalapeno did not look fresh and the bread was soft—it was po-boy bread with banh mi fillings. Banh Mi fillings should be on crusty bread. So, if you like your Banh Mi toasted—you will need to request it be made that way (if they do it, I do not know). Toasted is the only way to go when eating a Banh Mi, ijs…
Pho – (Short Rib, Steak, and Meatball) – This cost $27 and did not live up to its traditional presentation and flavors. The short rib was decent—I was expecting the beef shank I’ve seen on social media but maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The steak was too well done—I wanted it still cooking in the broth when they bring it to me – probably need to request that next time (if possible). The meatball was literally one (1) meatball cut into fours for $5.00!! The broth was not flavorful, I had to lay it on with the hoisin sauce and sriricha. They did not bring me the side of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, lime, fresh jalapenos or anything—every place is different as to what they provide as trimmings but I didn’t receive them at all—had to ask for it and when she brought it—she only brought cilantro and bean sprouts. I then had to ask for limes…
I don’t think I will be back…

Did a search for donuts near me and this was one of the restaurants that was listed. Menu is varied has the offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. I came in for dinner. Ordered the Aha Special Rice and the egg rolls. Got a lemon filled donut to go. The egg rolls are freshly made and they arrived to the table hot and crispy. The Aha Special Rice is topped with crab, shrimp, crawfish and chicken along with the Aha special sauce which is on the spicy side. It was delicious. Next time I may try it without chicken add extra shrimp. Scallops would be good with it as well. Customer service was awesome. Restaurant was clean. Hope to return soon!

The food was absolutely amazing. Their glaze donuts are better than Krispy Kreme!! So glad I found them. The customer service was top notch. The bistro is clean with a pleasant professional staff. The fried rice was out of this world delicious. I’ve found my go to donut place. I have tried tons of donut, places trying to find the best glazed donut. So happy I found it.

What a delightful discovery! I popped in for some donuts and was thrilled to see PHO on the menu. This location holds a special place in my heart as it was formerly Saigon restaurant, a place whose food I always enjoyed. The new concept is quite interesting – a blend of a donut shop and a bistro. The donuts I tried were great, but the promise of Saigon’s legacy in their lunch and dinner offerings means I’ll definitely be back soon to try their pho and other bistro fare.

I’ve been here once for lunch and once for breakfast. It was great both times and as good as the food is, the service might be better. This is for sure the new breakfast spot for Flowood and really it’s good all day. I especially like the Cronut and their kolaches. The Nashville hot sandwich was great too.

Food and service were wonderful! Jojo is the best! We got the A’HA special fried rice and shrimp soft tacos. Both were so good and the rice alone was big enough for two. My toddler didn’t care about anything but the donut holes and I can’t blame him. We each got a cronut to go and they were awesome even hours later. All of the staff is super nice and care about your experience
