Honestly, this was our favorite spot to order from, but in the recent months it has gone down hill.. whether i place my orders online, or actually call the store something has been messed up everytime. The stickers on the boxes/containers are always correct but the products within are not. Garlic parmesan wings have been delivered as honey BBQ, Alfredo Pizza add chicken has had no chicken, half garden add pineapple other half only cheese had pineapple on the only cheese half, and more.. the people are friendly and my replacement food has always been done relatively quickly.. But the fact of the matter is, I feel orders should be checked for accuracy before being sent out for delivery, or handed to the customer for pick up.. I’ve given more than enough chances (over 4 in the past 6 months) and will now be ordering from literally anywhere else..

This evening we ordered a pizza because it has been so long since we have had PJ’S upon arrival the driver was very friendly.
I opened our medium box of pepp/sausage pizza it was uncut? Is this a new thing they started? It was hot and pretty good but just seemed like they didn’t roll the dough out enough. The cheesesticks on the other hand were buttery and good. Just thought id share my little experience.

Dang Papa why you did us like that. Been a minute since I got Papa John’s and after this experience it will be a while again. We already ordered bread sticks with the pizza. And the pizza had built in bread sticks already. Where’s part or the toppings!???? Wish I had as much cheese on

The photo included is a DOUGH pull, not a cheese pull. It was SO undercooked that the pizza stuck to the cardboard box. When trying to hold the slice, everything collapsed to pieces. Too messy to even put back into our oven to finish cooking it. Beyond disappointing for the money spent. This was during the week at 6pm, so not during a busy store time either. Beware using this place, many reviews seem to have had similar experiences as ours.

First thing, do not overload your driver. For 45 minutes I watched on the app as the driver drove all over with my pizza. Get it and though it looks good it is ice cold. Papa John’s is not a cheap pizza so you at least want it warm especially when getting over $30 worth of pizza. Marcos is such a better option. Probably won’t order from here again.

Ordered at 6 pm got my order at 8:30 they sent 3 different drivers supposedly said they couldn’t make contact at all when I was waiting by my door constantly going outside said they couldn’t get through the keypad but there is no keypad finally got the order and it was wrong and cold called the store got hung up on twice and told it was my fault and to contact a general manager these employees need to be fired I used to love that papa John’s never ever had an issue but these people do not care at all laughing in my face and are very disrespectful and rude on west locust street get better employees or train them in costumer service honestly sad

Typically get pizza cooked well from this location but tonight it was completely burnt on top and bottom was told that because it’s a deep dish they run it through the oven one and a half times. Hopefully adjustments are made. I always order online and have had great service from the delivery drivers very courteous people.

Since when is it ok for the employees to lie about trying to drop a order off 2 hrs later and then they didn’t even make the pizza right they didn’t charge us for the pizza however we did not eat it anyway and then when I was calling about the delivery driver lying and what they did wrong they kept hanging up so I called today an the GM exact word were I do not know what you want me to do about it today when they fixed it yesterday and was condoning in the BS her employees were doing how professional is that especially since they never fixed the problem at all and was rude about everything this place needs closed down or new employees all around asap

I hate when the summer comes around because all these west end businesses hire teenagers from the highschool and college who give mediocre everything. They don’t answer the phone, I called five times with no response, I’ve ordered twice and both times my pizza came with barely any toppings on it, uncut, and overcooked. They gave me a crunchy cracker. If you’re gonna hire anybody at least hire people who can make quality food.

I ordered PIZZA AND WINGS! my wings WERE NOT DONE! I called them and they admitted to the “driver” just taking them out the oven and them not being done SMH! so they served me UNDONE wings when I ordered Well Done !
