I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue until today Thursday April 23rd at 3pm, an older lady working is the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a large dipped cone specifically and she presented a small cup with the dip on it. After stating I ordered a cone she got mad and told me she wasn’t remaking it that I should’ve been more clear. I don’t know how more clear I can be when ordering a dipped CONE, personally you have to have neurological issues to get a cone and cup confused. Well I asked for a refund, she continue to be rude, I walked out because I could not believe the disrespect I just endured. Management please reach out to me, this is ridiculous and not how any customer should be treated. If I have to go to corporate I will but I’d rather an onsite manager handle this. I would like my refund as well, I should not have paid almost 8 dollars for this. This is absolutely insanity. 8 dollars for a small tiny cup? I thought it was a joke at first!!! No one even mentioned a cup!!!!! If you see an older lady at the counter turn around and drive to north wildwood, it’s worth the drive after what I went through.

Sundae tasted ok at the time, but I was super thirsty all night. I think you’ve added some odd ingredients my tummy doesn’t like or maybe the ice cream was made 4 days ago, but it’s not good. Skip this location. Oh yeah my friend had a cone and I had a small Sundae and the charge was $12 !? Yikes. Nope.
Update after reading owner’s response: ok so now you are saying that all the DQ’s have this tasteless ice cream in every location? Very odd, but ok, won’t visit any of them. Also you lost a star with your clap back response.

Rio Grande Dairy Queen was hard to locate in a strip mall. The signage is very small. Once we found the store, our server was very friendly. My hot fudge sundae was practically overflowing. We were pleased with how clean the tables and chairs were.

Beth at DQ in Rio Grande NJ had great customer service.. Went above and beyond for the group of kids I had and never seemed annoyed and also had the kids laughing as she worked to get our orders done.. I just want to thank you for going above and beyond and making this experience a great one.. We all need a Beth that works that hard and smiles through it all..
