This restaurant has provided some of the best food I have ever had. We have been here multiple times for dinner. We also have spent the last 4 years on Valentine’s Day dinner. Reservations are recommended. There is no menu published. You have to trust that the food is phenomenal. Give it a try!

I was so very excited to try Harvest. It was a friends birthday and we had a party of 7. Our reservation was for 7:30 Saturday night. Unfortunatly by the time of our reservation they were already out of one of the two bread options, one dessert we all wanted, and four entrees. With such a small menu it was a bit of a let down. Also we got the cheese board suppose to feed 4-6 ppl..it did not. The portions were sooo small. Was it fun to try, absoultly! Was the food good, yes. But was it worth the price..no. I feel like we get so much more from Finley Farms with similar pricing.

If you are looking for an *actual* fine dining experience in the Springfield area – you will find it here. The food is immaculately prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients and the plating never misses a beat. Conventional and some new cocktails and a great wine selection as well. Tamara is absolutely awesome and always makes me feel like I’m eating at a friend’s home. Could not recommend this place more.

The focaccia was perfect-well seasoned, soft and easy to enjoy. We finished throughout the meal to mop up ever bit of sauce from each course.
The Scallops were cooked to perfection and had paired flavors and textures that highlighted in every way you’d hope. The lobster and shrimp risotto had the creamy sauce and texture of the rice left nothing to be desired-exactly perfect.
I had the gnocchi and mg husband has the stroganoff. The Gnocchi dish had the exact portioning of each element to be even with each bite. The flavors were memorable as one of the best gnocchi dishes I’ve had to date (and I’ve had a lot!) The stroganoff had perfect textures and balance of flavors.
It might be off the heather other, but you will not be disappointed!!
It’s not my favorite to be seated closely with other guests (the “small” 2 top tables feel crowded to me any place I go). But even that didn’t bring down the quality of the experience.
You can’t forget to mention that the serving staff were phenomenal!! Professional, personable, attentive and noted when you were ready to be cared for and asked or table cleared but not even a single element of hovering. I can’t say enough about this place!

We visited Harvest based on previous reviews. It is a very intimate and select experience. The dining rooms might hold 50 people. There was a very adequate amount of staff to ensure service was extremely top notch and attentive. Each week, generally, the menu is updated with a variety of dishes featuring local ingredients. We attempted to sample a wide variety of this week’s offerings. Everything just had such a well designed flavor combination and balance. We had zero complaints or wishes other than the red snapper dish could have been better described by saying it had more of an Asian flare. The Waygu was incredible in quality and flavor. Overall, this is a dining experience not to miss. Reservations are extremely recommended! Unless there was a cancellation, it is unlikely you’ll find a seat without one. The whole establishment has an aire of exclusiveness that was greatly appreciated. Don’t skip this one and enjoy the beautiful drive to get there!

We only get to eat here once a year, but Harvest was on point once again. This is a true foodie paradise with incredible food allergy accommodations. Chef Craig knows how to pair together flavors you never thought of, but can’t live without.
