Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

Props to our man Isaiah he was amazing, I would have gave 5 stars but his Somalian coworker was slacking on the making my hot sub while he took care of our other cold subs , he went above all and even started my hot sub 17… we tipped 20% and that lady finishing my sub used the wrong dang bread that I requested, she needs her attitude put in check, kinda bringing a negative vibe in there and others having to pick up her slack, had it not been for the hiccups i would give yaz all 5 stars

Everyone who works at a restaurant is in the Customer Service Business. A vital part of Customer Service is communications. Jersey Mike’s at West Point Plaza is horrible at communicating. I ordered two regular subs. One was hot and toasted, the other was not. They made me cash out before receiving either sub. Shortly after paying, I did receive the toasted sub and was told the other one was on the way. After ten minutes, I asked about the other sub and was told it’s on the way. After 20 minutes I was asked ‘what are you waiting on, sir’. I told Lady what I was waiting on but then my patience ran out and I said to cancel my order and refund my money. It is a simple to communicate with ones co-workers. It takes no time to ask, ‘hey where’s the other sub’. They did refund my money with no sign of remorse or desire to ‘make things right’. As I was exiting, someone did say ‘sorry about that’ (they didn’t mean it), to which I replied ‘Oh, I don’t think you are’. Someone in the restaurant laughed. This is NOT the first time I have received poor Customer Service at this restaurant. The sheer, absolute, uncaring attitude of everyone working there is unacceptable. I doubt I will be back. There’s another one on Cemetery Rd.

I want to express my appreciation for the great customer service I received at your Jersey Mike’s at Westpoint in Hilliard. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made my experience exceptional. I’d like to recognize Misha for her outstanding customer service. She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming.
Thank you for creating such a positive environment. It really made my experience at Jersey Mike’s at Westpoint even better! Thank you!

I have had very inconsistent service here. I always pre order on the mobile app over a half hour ahead of time. Some days I walk in and the sandwich is ready.. but incorrect. Other days like today I submitted a order at 6:45pm for a 7:15pm pickup.. arrive at 7:15pm and wait 30 minutes for the two sandwiches to be made still incorrectly. I like the food overall – but 4 people can crank out more than 5 sandwiches in 20 minutes.

2nd time in a row ordering a club sub with extra bacon and only receiving a normal amount, but this time I even asked if that was extra? 12/15/25
Ordered under my name in the app

Served multiple people before us because they didn’t make my sub correctly and left the incorrect sub laying on the counter. Instead of apologizing or immediately remaking it, they waited until we asked about it to remake it. They never apologized or even said anything to us. I will never be going back to Jersey Mikes ever again.

Jersey Mikes are definitely the top of the line sub sandwiches, the meat is deliciously sliced in front of you and the veggies are fresh and crisp….well we’ll worth the money and if your looking for a hot sub their thinly sliced ribeye

Food is pretty average for a Jersey Mikes (so pretty good) but the service here is unbelievably good — blows me away every time. Everyone is so nice, they seem to actually care about their jobs, they’ll greet you every time, they’re polite, they’ll look you in your eyes, etc.
At fast and fast casual restaurants, I think most interactions are neutral and forgettable at best — no one really EXPECTS great service at this point. This Jersey Mikes has such authentically good service it’s legitimately sort of jarring. It seems like a mixture of great training and just legitimately having great workers — and ALL of the workers here are great. I’ve been in frequently and not one person has let me down.
If you went to a nice sit down restaurant and got the level of service you got here, you’d be thrilled. Crazy that you can find this level of service at a Jersey Mikes of all places.
Management is obviously doing something well, but MASSIVE kudos to literally every employee here — my day is always at least slightly better if I come here, and if they treat everyone the way they treat me (and I know they do), they’re really doing a lot of good for a lot of people.

The workers at this location especially the red head girl were rude for no reason when taking our order. The cook however was super kind and made up for a little bit of it. I’ve worked customer service for over 10 years, this is not how you treat customers. Avoid this place if you wanna be talked to kindly and with respect.

As a devoted Jersey fan, this location lacks bad.
Location is horrible and extremely hard to get in and out. In side is extremely small so don’t expect to dine in.
Food quality is lacking. Cheese sliced so thin you can see through it. Deli meets used so sparingly that Subway would be proud of them selves.
Order a giant # 6 added bacon. $20!!!!
5 slices of provolone so thin it was one sided
6 slices of roast beef
This location needs to get with the Jersey program and step up their game. Much, much better locations near by.
